Annie sat in her assigned plane seat, she was placed right in the middle of a mother and her child and a elderly lady. She let out a big sigh.
"Of course all the first class was taken." Annie thought to herself. She dug threw her Louis Vuitton carry on and got out a script she need to memorize.
The elderly lady looked over Annies shoulder and looked at the title of the page.
Annie noticed her squinting and reading the first few pages.
"Goodness gracious!" The elderly lady said. She clicked her tongue and gave Annie a scolding look.
"Excuse me?" Annie said folding the script.
"You are right next to a child! Reading such inappropriate things!" The lady said.
Annie rolled her eyes. She was used to the hate from the type of movies she had stared in.
"If people would mind their own business and not look over peoples shoulders, then you wouldn't have to worry about seeing such things." Annie said sarcastically.
The elderly lady looked taken back.
"Kids shouldn't have worry about seeing inappropriate content every way they turn." The elderly lady said.
Annie rolled her eyes. She picked up her Louis Vuitton carry on and got up.
"I'm done with this." Annie said pushing her was past the lady.
She walked up to the flight attendant, she looked very frazzled.
"Excuse me, I need another seat. I'm being harassed at my other one." Annie said.
The lady looked up at her and her eyes grew wide.
"Annie Leblanc?!" The flight attendant said loudly.
Annie put a finger to her lips and shushed her.
"Please, all the first class was taken. I'm trying to keep a low profile." Annie said pulling her floppy hat lower.
"Oh! Okay. Here, have the a empty seat you can sit in!" The flight attendant whispered.
Annie smiled and followed the lady.
The lady sat her right next to a familiar face.
The young man turned his head and immediately smiled.
"Annie, nice to see you." Hayden said.
Hayden Summeral, Hollywood's number one star. Also one of the biggest jerks.
Annie let out a sigh and sat down next to him.
"What's a lovely lady like you doing on a flight like this?" Hayden said as he leaned close to her.
"Sadly first class was all filled." Annie said turning her head.
"The same thing happened to me." Hayden said.
Annie crosses her arms and closed her eyes.
"Pity." She said. Annie knew that Hayden would use this time to try and win her back.
"So what have you been up to? Starring in those scandalous films." Hayden said with a smile.
"Hayden, I'm very tired. I'd like to get some sleep, could you please shut up?" Annie said grabbing a book out of her bag and covering her face.
"If you wish." Hayden said. She could hear the disappointment dripping off his words. But she didn't care. She was already upset that she was visiting her backwards hometown. But she figured she better visit them before she got another letter trying to make her feel like a awful daughter.
She sat back in her seat, and closed her eyes.
