As soon as the flight attendant said they could get off, Annie snatched her bag and walked towards the exit. When she got into the main airport center, she was surprised how small it was.
Her house back in LA was bigger then the whole airport. She immediately found her way out, she could find her way out of any airport.
Annie rolled her luggage out to the main strip of the airport and called a taxi.
After a few minutes of waiting, she finally saw a beat up taxi and waved it down.
The Taxi driver got out and help her with her luggage. He kept starring at her like she was a alien.
When she got in the backseat, she felt a strange sense of deja vu when she looked at the blonde young man. He kept looking at her through is review mirror.
"Is there a reading you keep starring at me?" Annie said very abruptly.
The young mans eyes went wide and he almost went off the road.
Annie shrieked and grabbed a handle on the roof. It ripped off and she shrieked again.
The car came to a stop and she gripped the driver seat.
The young man looked back at her with wide eyes.
"Annie, Annie Leblanc?" The young man said.
Annie rolled her eyes, another fan.
"Yes, yes it's me. Now can you just look at this address and take me to my house!" Annie said, clearly annoyed.
"Annie! It's me! Carson Lueders!" The boy said.
Annie looked him over, the name sounded familiar. She figured she must have went to high school with him or something.
"Well hello, thank you for the introduction. But I'd like to get home." Annie said snatching her Louis Vuitton bag up and grabbing her phone.
The boy still looked at her.
"You don't remember me?" Carson asked.
Annie looked at him, his face was familiar. And his southern draw sounded like a melody. But she had met so many people in her life, she couldn't remember anyone.
"Did we go to school together or something?" Annie asked.
"Yes! Don't you remember the gang?!" Carson said desperately.
At the word "gang", a bunch of memories flooded in her mind.
It took Annie by surprise, she felt a little dizzy from all the memories that seemed to flood in.
"Carson? You look so different." Annie said looking at his body. Back then he was at least a hundred pounds heavier.
"I know! I've changed a lot! But so have you!" Carson said looking her over.
Annie rolled her eyes, he had obviously seen all her movies.
"Yeah yeah. This reunion is touching. But I'm tired. Now take me to the farm." Annie said looking at her phone and handing him her address.
Carson turned to the wheel and started the engine.
"Psh, I don't need that, everyone knows where your families farm is." Carson said.
Annie looked up from her phone.
"What do you mean?" Annie said, she was a little nervous with his comment.
"Because your dads a pastor now." Carson said.
Annie almost choked on air.
"What?!" She shrieked.
