The challenge

When me and Peeta got of the carriage cinna came up to us and said " well done one of the best I've worked with "
" thanks" I say back. Effie comes and says " you both need good night sleep we have the challenge tomorrow". We start to walk back and Hamish starts talking saying " you will beat every single one of the tributes,I'm sure of it" then Hamish looks over at one of the tributes kato I think it was and then Hamish looks back at us and says " let's go to are room". I thought something was going on. And then I realised that it was because kato was one of the best him and Cathy both had special training and then both of them volunteered so they must be good, in training they were excellent, and that was a bad thing. This time Hamish shouted us for supper. Me and Peeta rushed through into the dining room we were both starving, my stomach started to grumble. I sat down and was one of the first to grab and fork and pick a slice of beef and put it on my plate. I grabbed some vegetables and smothered it in gravy. I started to tuck in then Hamish started talking about the challenge " all the challenge is, they bring you in one by one so you will be last, and you show of what you can do, they give you a mark out of twelve, it doesn't matter what you get because a couple of years back a tribute got two and he won"
" okay" Peeta answered. After supper we all went to bed Effie made us. I couldn't go to sleep I was so worried about the challenge. But then I eventually drifted off. In the morning Effie woke me up it was 9:00 the challenge stared in 10 minutes. I jumped out of bed and hurried to get my clothes on I didn't have time to brush my teeth and wash my face so I just left. All of us ran to the elevator. When we got to ground floor Effie and Hamish said " good luck ". Then we went of and they went back to out room. We finally got to the waiting room. The first district had been but we were in time. All the other tributes had finished I went first. I walked in the room. No one was paying attention to me so I got the bow and shouted out " Katnis Everdeen district twelve"
They all looked at me I carefully picked up the first arrow and placed it on my bow then I pulled my arm back aiming for the human shaped target there was a bulls eye in the chest and a one in the head I let go of the wire and the arrow landed right next to its arm. Everyone laughed then they all started to talk to one another so I got another arrow and sot it straight at the Bulls eye in the chest no one was paying attention no one saw it. So I picked up another arrow, there was a hole cooked pig with an apple in its mouth so I pulled back my arrow and let it fly it flew across the room straight through the apple and into the wall they all looked at me startled the I said " thank you for your consideration" and left the room with a strop.
