Aizawa POV

"We can take him." me and Hizashi said at the same time. "You already have two kids. Are you sure?" Tsukauchi asked. "Yes. Why wouldn't we be?" Hizashi asked. "No." Izuku said. That surprised us all. "What do you mean?" I asked. "You guys just met me, had to fight my dad, and now you want to adopt me? I ran from you when you were trying to help. I can't just barge in on your lives just because no family can care for me. I'll be fine with foster care." the green haired boy explained. "No." I argued back. "You wouldn't be barging in on anything. We want to take care of you. And the foster care system is messed up. Any kid who doesn't have the 'perfect' quirk wont be adopted." I said. He stared at me for a second, as if he can't or won't believe that I care. 

"But Mr. Tsukauchi said you already have two kids." Izuku added. "And I'm sure they would love to have a new brother." Hizashi said. He just stared at us before putting his hands up in defeat. "Fine. But don't say I didn't warn you when I become too much with me being worthless." he said. This kid's got to be joking. Right?

Hizashi POV

I can't believe the green bean thinks he's worthless. I bet it's that bitch's fault. That sorry excuse of a dad. Oh man. I'm going to beat his ass. "So, you are going to take the kid?" Tsukauchi asked awkwardly. "Yup!" I confirmed. "Works for me. I will give you the paper work for the adoption tomorrow. Have a good morning." he said as he left. I turn to the little green haired kid. "Ready to go then?" I asked. "Yeah. What about the bill?" he asked worriedly. "Don't worry about it kid. I took care of it." Shota said. Izuku nodded and slipped on his red shoes. "Okay! Lets go!" I said while walking out of the room. 

When we enter the lobby I turned to Izuku to see Aizawa whispering something into his ear. I raise a eyebrow as Aizawa walks out with Izuku next to him. When they step outside, Aizawa picks him up, giving him a piggy back ride. "Hey Zashi." he says. "Yeah Sho?" I ask as I step out. "Last one to the car has to drive!" Aizawa said as he took off running. "Hey! That's not fair!" I shouted like a kid and ran after him. The only reason he said that was because he knows how we are both tired and don't want to drive." He has always been a faster runner, but hopefully with the green bean on his back, he will be slower. 

As I turn the corner to get to the car, I see them already there waiting. I catch up and just glare at my husband. "It's way to early for this." I grumbled as I unlock the car. Izuku just giggles as he climbs in the back seat. I get in before Sho and lock the car so he can't get in. After him trying he glares at me. I stick my tongue out playfully while Izu is laughing at our childish behavior. I finally let Shota in and start the car. "Betrayal." he said to Izuku. "Hey. I'm innocent. It's all his fault." he said, pointing at me. "Excuse me! Double betrayal." I huffed. He just giggled. 

I turn to the kid to see him ready to pass out. "You can sleep kid. It will probably take us an hour to get to our house." I told him. He nodded and leaned against the car door. Within minutes, he's out. I just shake my head and turn towards Sho. "What do you think happened with his quirk?" I asked. "I'm not sure. He said the shield quirk is his step-mom's so I have no clue." Sho said in a tired voice. "We can take him to a quirk doctor tomorrow." he said. "Today tomorrow? Or tomorrow tomorrow?" I asked. "Don't start that. It's 3 am." he grumbled. "Love you too babe." I said as I kissed his cheek. He mumbled a quick 'love you too' and fell asleep.
