I lay in the dark
Music is playing behind my back
At this moment
I feel ok
I feel alive
I feel safe
I want to hold onto this feeling forever
I want to continue to lay in the dark
Writing strings of words
And to drink sweet water
All while a breeze comes through
Just a happy little space
For the time being
Able to get away from the bad thoughts
That happen everyday.
Such a small yet happy sanctuary.
