Chapter 1

Mina's POV

"Mina wake up!"

"Mina wake up!"

"Mina wake up or else you'll gonna be late!" I groaned, rubbing my eyes in the process.

Today's the first day of school for my last year in highschool that's why my mom is already shouting this early.

I got up and fixed my bed. After then I went straight to my bathroom and started taking a bath.

Few minutes after, I got out and changes my clothes to our school uniform. I went downstairs and found mom and my sister eating breakfast.

"Come on Mina, join us now.
You don't want to get late do you?" mom spoke, I sat beside my sister, pouting.

"Stop treating Mina like a baby mom and it's only 6:30 a.m, her class starts at 7:00 a.m" Sana
unnie, my sister chuckled.

"Well it's not my fault, I'm the favorite daugther here" I stated sticking my tounge out, unnie rolled her eyes.

"I am" she argued.

"No I am"

"Kids... stop fighting, both of you are our favorite daughters" dad interuppted, giggling as he sat beside mom.

"Your dad is right" mom added.

In the middle of the breakfast, my dad cough, breaking the silence when he called me.

"Mina..."

"Hmm?" I hummed, looking up.

"I know you don't like business related things but your mom and I talk about it that after your unnie takes over my place as the Chief Executive Officer, you'll be the the the co-CEO"

"Me! Why?" I asks, looking at them in disbelief.

"You know Mina, I'm aging as years pass. My body can't handle doing work that much now. Tha's why I'm retiring next year and since your sister will be in her 3rd year next year, I'm sure she can manage it"

"Really?" I questioned, looking at Sana unnie who just smiled and nodded.

"So are you okay with it?" mom asked.

As you can see, my grandfather was the founder of M Hospital Corporation that was originally in Japan but as my father take over, it now has a branch here in Korea.

Nobody knows about the true founder and my dad being the CEO because before my grandfather died, he said that nobody will ever know about our identities which I don't know the reason.

I thought for it for awhile, thinking of what will hapened to me 5-6 years from now. I sighed before answering.

"Alright"

My parents smiled, "I'm glad. Don't worry, we'll handle everything. Right hon?" mom said, dad happily nodded.

"I'm finished now, come on Mina let's go. We don't want to be late for school" unnie stood up and went to get her keys. I stand up following her from behind, getting my bag.

"Bye mom, bye dad"

"Okay take care, the both you!" mom shouted.

"Yes mom!" we both shouted back.

I entered Sana unnie's car and she followed. I opened my back and search for my eyeglasses.

"Do you really need to wear your glasses Mina-yah. I mean it's your last year in high school, make a change like for once" she uttered, chuckling. I rolled my eyes, continuing to find a thing.
