I am currently 5 weeks into self-isolation with my family and the stress is finally starting to get to me. I'm a week behind in my online work for my classes and I've lost all motivation to do any work. My heart feels heavy, my mind is foggy, my sleep schedule is completely out of whack, and I keep losing track of what day it is. I decided to start this journal to help me keep my sanity through this and I know I'm not alone in the sense that this is driving me crazy. I should get some fresh air once the sun comes up I'll update you guys again soon.
