Australia Man yawns and wakes up. He looks down to see Florida Man cuddling him. The Australian kissed the Floridian's forehead, playing with his hair. The moment was ruined due to the fact he needed to use the bathroom. He tried to get up, but the sleeping man pulled the Australian closer.

The Australian slips out of his boyfriends grasp. He uses the bathroom and washes his hands. While he may have been gone for only a few minutes, that was enough for the Floridian to wake up.

Florida Man felt cold. He shivered, wrapping himself more with blankets. He looked around for his boyfriend, who was nowhere to be seen. His body was tingly and he longed for his boyfriend's touch. Within a few minutes he feels the warmth of the Australian. Arms wrap around him as the shivering and tingling stops. He sighs in content.

"Flori, I know you're awake. You should go back to sleep." Australia Man says. He gets a sleepy mumble in response. Australia Man chuckles quietly, not wanting to reawaken his boyfriend. He wrapped the blanket around themselves knowing the Floridian gets cold very easily.

Australia Man knew that he wasn't going to fall back asleep for awhile, so he looked at his boyfriend who was almost asleep. The last thing he hears before the Floridian falls asleep is "I love you so fucking much."

This made the Australian smile wide, knowing the Floridian was in a better state of mind than before. He loved how Florida Man spoke, even the swearing. He loved everything about him. He just wished the Floridian could love himself. He knew Florida Man was very insecure about a lot of things.

He brought Florida Man closer to him. He knew what touch starvation felt like from personal experience. He noticed the way the Floridian would tense at physical contact sometimes and thought that Florida Man was touch averse. So, he avoided physical contact with the Floridian.

The Australian wasn't the best at reading people, so he didn't notice the silent pleas for affection. This led to the Floridian becoming severely touch starved. He only noticed after he found Florida Man in the bathroom crying. He noticed when Florida Man melted in his arms. He felt guilty, promising he was going to undo the damage he has done.

He kisses the top of Florida Man's hair, afterwards running his fingers through the soft hair. He loved how it glided past his fingers. He looked back, realizing just how long he had loved the Floridian. He now looked toward the future, knowing how far they have progressed. There will be pitfalls, but that's okay. They can recover and learn things from there mistakes. But for now, he decided to focus on the sleeping Floridian in front of him.
