Picnic with the spring troupe Pt.2

"Finally  you're here! You took forever."

I instantly roll my eyes.

"Shut it Itaru."

"Anyway, We already set up."

I turn away from Itaru and look at the set up. 

"It's beautiful and I love the flowers on the blanket."

I instantly start beaming.I love flowers! (sorry if you don't) Lying on the blanket is Citron, Masumi and Tsuzuru eating sandwiches. I also see a lot of different food on the blanket including my favorite.

"I wish Izumi were here." 

Masumi says sadly eating his sandwich. My face slightly falls. I know Masumi loves her but I can't help but feel unwanted. 

"Don't frown my friend."

I Jump a little at the sudden hug. I turn my head and see Citron smiling and hugging me.

"Huh?"\

"You're upset We asked you after Izumi Deflected?"

Everyone turns to you and Citron.Oh no this is embarrassing.

"You mean Rejected? And No....I'm fine."

"Lies."

"NO ONE WAS TALKING TO YOU, ITARU!"

I finally just snap. When I calm down I realize everyone's eyes were wide. Even masumi's. 

"Sorry."

I say as I look down embarrassed beyond belief.

"You're jealous?"

"Well....Sometimes I wonder if I actually matter to you guys or if I just fill in  for Izumi."

There was silence for moment.Then Masumi says.

"Nothing will ever replace my love." 

"MASUMI SHUT UP."(tszuru says this) 

I knew it. I'm just an extra  director.

"But that means you're special to us in your own way. Though Izumi still has my heart."

I was taken aback by Masumi's response. Could I really be as important as Izumi to them? I feel myself slightly smile. 

"Yes You are special to us. Though you can be dense sometimes."

Itaru Joins Masumi in the Backhanded reassurance of my value. Tears slightly well up in my eyes.

"Thank you, Guys. As backhanded it came across, I know you mean well."

I feel Citrons hug tighten. I hug him back reluctantly. 

"If you are done sulking Can we finally eat our food."

And Itaru's back to being salty.

"What do you mean 'finally' You've already eaten two sandwiches.So calm down."

I run over to the blanket And take a seat. I grab my sandwich From Itaru. And start chewing. The others start laughing and soon I find myself joining in.

To summarize the day. We started of sadly then itaru tried to steal my sandwich, Then we start talking and eating the snacks brought. Right now we are just Lying down Loking at the sky.

"It's starting to get dark guys. We should head back."

I sit up. Tsuzuru's right Izumi should be making dinner about now. And I want to get in my room before She finishes her curry. I love her and all but Girl eats to much curry.

"Yeah we should." 

We start packing up our blanket and snack wrappers  When we finish. We head toward the entrance of the park.

"How do you feel now."

I tilt my head at Tsuzuru's question

"Huh?"

"Do you think You're one of us now?"

It Took me a moment to think but I smiled and nodded

"Yes. I do."

I could see every one except Masumi Smile at my answer.

"Can we hurry this up I'm going to miss Izumi's curry."

And Masumi ruins the moment again....
