🔪Chapter 5🔪
Senpai!

I casually walked down the intersection he looked over to the left since Junko lived down that street.
It really made me wonder, did she live there all the time?
I'm sure I know each and every neighbor, but how did I just meet her if we aren't too far from each other?
"Good morning, Shin-Senpai." A voice greeted.
"Huh?" I raised a brow, no one has ever called me that before.
"Oh, I'm so sorry. It's just that-- y- you've been a lot of help to me since I came."
"Don't mention it. Call me whatever you want." He continued to walk.
"How's your ankle? You kow you could have stayed home until you felt better, right?"
"I know, but I don't want to miss out on school."
"Understandable. You should walk around a lote more for exercise, you'll feel better in a few days or so."
"You really know a lot."
"Hehe, sorry for rambling on. My mom's a physical therapist so she thought me a thing or two."
"That's nice, are you heading down the same career path as well?"
"Yeah, helping people is my specialty."
"It sure is." She grinned a little as she stared down at her feet.

"Class, our annual School Festival is coming up--"
The homeroom teacher was interruped by the students that made noise about what they might do.
"If you go on like this, we won't do anything at all." He threatened. They quieted down.
"Good, Junko. Do you have any suggestions?"
"Um.. I don't know."
"It's not that hard, it's the least we could do to make up for the incident you had a couple days ago."
"Well.. A cosplay cafe?"
"Class?"
"Yeah, that's a great idea!"
"I can get the decorations!"
"My mom's a great pastry chef, I can cater for the event!"
"I can provide the silver and China ware." Reiko suggested.
"I can help sew costumes as long as someone's buying the cloth and fabric accessories."
"I'll help with the banners." Junko said.
"Good, the festival is a month from now. Get everything prepared by then."

"She called you what?" Kenny and Sasuno questioned in sync.
"Be quiet, will you?" I whispered sharply.
"You heard me. She called me Senpai."
"So are you turned on by this or.. Ouch!"
"No matter how 'kinky' it sounds, this is bad. This might mean that Shin's her next victim."
"Or she respects him as an individual. You can't ignore that he's helped her for the past week."
"Wow, the smartest thing you ever said all day." Sasuno lightly applauded, "That could be a possibility, but respect is the main ingredients for one of the worst things in the world." Sasuno took off his glasses and wiped the lense.
"What's so bad about respect?"
"It can fuel infatuation."
