We were in the car for what seemed an eternity until Kody sighed. "I need my fix, Zach.
"Zach sighed. "No, if you want to get better then you can't smoke crack or drink.
"I watched Kody slouch back down into his seat and cross his arms in frustration. "Can we pull over in town? I'm tired of sitting in this car doing nothing." Kody asks, sounding a little annoyed and agitated.
"Sorry Kody, I can't risk you getting out in the middle of the night and going to the club.
"I'll do anything to get out of this car.
"Anything?"
"Then you have to promise me that you will not leave the motel room,"I promise,"
Kody smirked, snaking his arm behind his back and crossing his fingers.
Zach pulled the car off the freeway and started to slowly ease his foot off of the gas pedal, and pulls into a vintage gas station. He hopped out and started to pump gas.
After about five minutes, Zach began strutting toward the vintage looking building. An old man was standing behind the chipped, wooden counter with a pipe in his mouth.Zach started to pull out his credit card from his wallet when the old man stopped him. "We don't take none of those fancy-schmancy plastic cards here, soney."
He then opened his wallet pulled out thirty-five dollars for the gas and said, "I put ten gallons of gas into my tank, this is what the meter said I owed."
