"Jin Hyung?!"

"Are you guys heading home? I'll drive you" the voice was from a boy inside a car, which seemed to be kind of expensive.

"That'd be great. If you have time to do it." Taehyung smiled and walked to the car. While (Y/N) was still confused.

'Why does this person look so familiar? I haven't met him. Have I?'

"(Y/N)? Why are you standing there lika a statue?" The boys voice made her snap into reality. Taehyung was already seating on the back sits.

"I live nearby so I can just walk...though I appreciate your offer." Why did she sound so polite all of a sudden?
Maybe because she was sure that familiar boy is some years older than her.

"Come on. And there's no need to be formal." The boy said, smiling.

She knew it by then that there's no way she could refuse their offer, she got into the car and the older guy started driving after he got the adress from the girl.

"So...are you guys classmates?" He asked, curiously as he drove towards her apartment.

"She's a year older. She's Jimins classmate." The black headed answered his question.

'So he knows Jimin too? The crowded group of friends they have...'

(Y/N) would feel like she's a complete loner, seeing how many friends those guys had. Taehyung knew exactly every student in the school. Which was a little hard to believe.

"Oh...I didn't even introduce myself. I'm Kim Seokjin. You must be (Y/N), right?" He said, looking at the girls' reflection on the car mirror.

'Probably heard about me from Taehyung or Jimin...but that wasn't expected'

"Nice to meet you. And thanks for the ride."

Although (Y/N) was the sociable type and could talk for hours, she chose to remain quiet for the rest of the time until the car stopped infront of her.

She slowly got off the car and said a small 'thank you for the ride' to the boys, before she entered her little, yet comfortable apartment.

Everything was just the same as the way it was in the morning...or maybe not? (Y/N) noticed the books on her bookshelf, all lying on the floor.

'Man...what the hell did just happen here...?'

She checked everything. The only thing that was screwed up and messy, were the books. Did a robber break into her apartment, to mess with her books?

'I had a really different idea about seoul...is it that easy to break into someone's place...?'

After sitting on the sofa for a while, thinking about the whole 'The Robber Is A Bookworm' thing, she managed to get changed and eat something.

'Is this robber an ancient creature? I can remember when someone broke into Grandpa's house, and the only thing they took away was a bunch of papers and books...man, why am I thinking of him so much lately?! '

Shaking her thoughts away, she walked to the corner to pick up her books and place them where they should've been.

A big blue book, some Science fiction books, books related to school...everything was finally in the right order. She lied down on the sofa, staring the the shelf.

'Wait...it's not here!'

All the books were in their place, but one. One was missing. The thick, old book was gone, though she was sure she placed it right there.

'Crap! It should be somewhere here...where are you...?'

She kept searching for it. Under the bed, inside her bag, behind the desk and the sofa, even inside the fireplace and the fridge. But the book was no where to be found.

'Colorful...'

_______________________________________

It's been almost an hour that the blond was sitting on his bed, staring at the wall, his face empty of any emotions.

As he was lighting the candles with an old lighter of his, his hand reached for the book, lying open beside the candlestick on the end table.

Soon the fragment of the candles burning, filled the room, making the aura more classic. Easier for the boy to focus.

could he ever get tired of that pleasant silence?

"Namjoon, can we talk?" A voice from outside dragged him back to the reality.

"Yeah...come in, hyung." He said, still sitting on his bed with the book, not moving a muscle.

Hoseok entered the room with slow steps. The pleasant smell of the candles burning, along with the smoke, made the room feel like a flashback to centuries ago.

He approached Namjoon, and quickly took the book from him. Which finally made him to look at Hoseok, and not at his hands.

"You never get sick of this room. Do you?"

Hoseok gave the book back and started wandering in the room, with long steps. Like he was examining a house for sale.

"Why would I?" The blond answered, as he put his book on the bed and stood up.

"The silence is suffocating!"

"But it also is pleasant, and cleansing...don't you think?"

" I can never get that idea of yours..."

No matter how we try to put things, the two just would get along well. Though they were the same age.

Namjoon being plain and classic, while Hoseok was a modern cheerful guy, no one could expect them to be best friends for life. Though they did care for one other.

"So...what brings you here? It's not like you to visit someone at this hours...." Namjoon said, and placed the chair in front of his bed, offering Hoseok to sit.

"Oh...something happened a few days ago, that I think you must know." Hoseok sat on the chair, feeling uneasy, as he was more used to a comfortable sofa than a chair from the 90s.

The look on Namjoon's face, could only mean that Hoseok must keep on explaining. His eyes were full of curiosity.

"You remember the day when I went to the library with Jimin and (Y/N), right? And you can't even guess the hell happened there!"

"Library?...don't tell me that...." the almost flat expression on his face suddenly changed to a rather shocked-amazed look.

"Yeah. I found that ancient book you mentioned. And in the Local Seoul Library out of all the places!"

"The local library! Then we would've found it sooner or later...so where is it?!" The sight of Kim Namjoon changing from a silent, clever guy to a cheerful boy was not something you could see on your everyday life.

"Oh about that...guess I was too slow;;; "
"What does that mean?!"

"She took it before I could even react...and there was no way I could get it from her." Hoseok explained, with words 'sorry' and 'ashamed' all over his face.

"Shit...I can't believe you just let it slip away this easily!"

Hoseok apologized a few times, before realizing that Namjoon is drowned in his thoughts again, this time staring at the flames inside the fireplace.

"We're taking it, by all means!"

A/N:
