It had been a week since Amelia and Mattia had talked, and Amelia hadn't stopped crying all week. She was mad at herself for allowing herself to be in this situation.
"What's wrong" Alvaro asked his sister, he forgave her once Amelia told him the truth about the situation. While he wasn't mad at her he knew it was best for his sister and his bestfriend to stay apart, for both their sakes. He still made her break up with Ryan though, he wasn't good for her.
"I can't do this anymore, I'm not stupid I know that Ryan refuses to hang out with me because he's with some other girls, why do I even care where he is"
"Listen Amelia I know what I told you before about staying away from Mattia, but I think you should tell him how you feel."
"What if he doesn't feel the same"
"Are you kidding me, Amelia of course he feels the same I can see it in his eyes whenever he comes around, if you seriously thinks he comes over to see me and not you you're more stupid than I thought".
Amelia had a sudden realization that she loves Mattia. She couldn't sit around crying about the situation anymore so she grabbed her keys and got in her car driving to Mattia's house.
Out of no where it started raining extremely hard so she had to pull over. She started to have second thoughts, thinking the rain was a sign that she should just go home, not a second later she got a phone call from Kairi. She hesitantly answered
Kairi: Alvaro told me you were going to talk to Mattia, and I just want to tell you no matter happens you deserve the world and I promise you Mattia will give it to you.
Amelia: Uh thanks Kairi but I actually think I'm going to go home, I don't think I'll be able to see him
Kairi: WHAT AMELIA NO YOU ARE GOING TO SEE HIM NOW, GET YOUR CAR BACK ON THE ROAD AND START DRIVING
Amelia: Okay Okay I'm going I'll talk to you later.
Amelia got back on the road as the rain slowed down a little and quickly stopped at a tims getting the boy an ice capp as she knew he enjoyed them. She pulled into his driveway sitting there for a couple minutes before finally decided to get out.
Just as she opened her door, it started pouring again, she quickly ran to his door and took a deep breath before ringing the bell.
As soon as the door opened Amelia could feel her heart break right in half, she struggled to fight the tears.
"Uh hi Amelia, how can I help you?" Jenna greeted her
Amelia never really had a big problem with the girl except that Jenna was dating the guy that she wanted to be with deep down.
"Who's at the door" Mattia asked as he got closer
"Oh it's you Amelia?" he was slightly confused
"Um yeah, I just came over to give you this" she said panicked as she pulled a pen out of her pocket and handed it to him.
"That's not mine Lia"
"Oh I'm sorry I thought you left it at school" she said barely loud enough to hear as her voice was breaking
"Sorry Amelia we're actually in the middle of something" Jenna spoke up turning to kiss Mattia
"Yeah that's my bad I'll leave" and as soon as she said that Jenna closed the door on her.
Amelia ran to her car she grabbed his ice capp and threw it on the floor in anger. She took a seat as she started to ball her eyes out. She couldn't think straight right now, she came to confess her love to the boy, but she was too late she had already lost his love if she ever had it in the first place. Even though he didn't mean to hurt her she wanted him to feel the way she just did so she wiped her tear filled eyes and drove back home.
Instead of her walking inside to her own house after she parked she knocked on Alejandro's door.
"Hey, wait Amelia what's wrong?" he asked as he looked into her glossy eyes.
Ignoring his question she quickly kissed him, but he backed away. He looked at her for a second before kissing back, his lips tasted like cold cherry cola which Amelia found soothing. The boy grabbed her dragging her inside still not separating from the kiss.
Eventually they had to pull away to take a breath.
"What was that for" the smiling boy asked, but Amelia just remained quiet not knowing what to say.
"Okay we don't have to talk about it right now, let's just watch a movie" he said as he turned on his tv and cuddled into her on his bed.
"Can we take a picture" she asked the sweet boy
"Yeah okay" Amelia took the picture and posted it on her spam hoping that Mattia would see it, she felt bad for using Alejandro, but in that moment all she wanted was for Mattia to hurt like she had been. And she knew nothing would hurt him as much as being with his best friend.
(yeah i know that's not ale jus pretend it is LMAO)
