New Roomate

My speaker was on a lower volume so I didn't bother anyone. I scrolled through the old pictures of him as a tear ran down my face. "(Y/N), can I come in" a voice called behind my door. "Uh...Yeah" I said quickly wiping the tear away and turning my music off.

"How you feeling" Colby asked as he sat down on my bed. "I could be better" I said laughing a little, "(Y/N) I know how it feels you will get over it" he said softly. "Wow look at Mr. Brock being a big softie" I said laughing so more. "I hate you" he chuckled, "I know" I said as I looked back down at my phone.

"But why are you really here" I asked as I exited out of Instagram. "Well I was thinking...You been living with us for almost 3 weeks you should do a video with me tomorrow saying your the new Traphouse member" He said as he looked down at my phone. "I would love to but I don't know Colby" I said quietly. "I have a great idea we can play hot seat, and you will be a special quest and the last question I ask if you're living in the traphouse" he said as he looked into my eyes. "I don't know Colby" I muttered as I looked at the wall. "I will pay for your post-mates for a whole week" he said with a big smile on his face. "A whole week" I said with a smirk, "yes but don't over do it" he said. "Deal" I said, "Awesome! Okay we will film tomorrow" Colby said as he got up and walked away. "Sounds good" I said as I looked back at my phone. "Also stop looking at pictures of him just delete them, he isn't worth your time" Colby said said as closing the door behind him. I smiled softly and nodded as I went through and deleted them.

It was hard, looking at pictures of someone you used to love, then went behind your back and broke your heart. Saying I was nothing to him he was only dating me for clout. When I told Sam and Colby I saw something in Colby's eyes like a fire erupted. I remember the exact words Colby said, "Are you fucking serious! I'm going to kill him". I remember placing my hand on his saying "it's fine we all have fake people in our life".

I remember when I first met Sam and Colby, it was Sophomore year and I was new. The were so kind to me and told me the crazy things the did. I knew we were going to be best friends ever since that day. They showed me this app vine and that's were I started to get popular. I had one million followers thanks to Sam and Colby. That's when I met Jake and then right after that I met Corey. They were so funny and made me laugh 24/7.

When I moved to California I had my own apartment and met Bryan. We became good friends and dated 2 years after. Well I thought we were good friends until he cheated on me 3 months ago and told me hurtful things. That's when Colby came up with a great idea that I move in with them. So that's where we are now.

Hot water ran down my face as the song Chanel by Frank Ocean played throughout the bathroom. I started to have second thoughts of doing this video, but I think it would be a good idea. I softly sang along as I washed my body. They hot water calmed me down slightly as I continued to sing, I was told by multiple people I had a great singing voice but I was to nervous to actually start posting singing videos.

I dried my hair so I could straighten it, I continued to listen to music and started to dance. A knock came from my door, "(Y/N) we will film around 3" Colby said yelling slightly. "Okay Colbs" I said as I continued to straighten my hair.

I walked downstairs wearing a oversized nirvana sweatshirt, leggings and had a natural makeup look. I saw the guys were filming a TikTok which made me laugh softly. "Look who decided to join us" Jake said as he looked at me. "How's the TikTok life" I laughed as I saw Corey watching it. "Amazing" Colby said as he leaned against the wall. "I'm about to post this one what'ca think" he said as he handed me the phone. I watched it as I started to put a smile on my face, "I love it" I said then sitting on one of the love sacs. "But y'all are still idiots" I added, "you say that every time" Sam said as he walked out of the kitchen. "I'm just stating facts" I laughed, "okay, okay let's film" Colby said with a slight chuckle.

"What's up guys, it's me Colby Brock. And welcome back to my channel" he said. "Yeah Bitch" Jake said making me laugh softly. "Today we will be playing hot seat, so all of us will ask one person at a time questions and they need to answer them truthfully" Colby said. "But before we start we have a special guest" he said as he motioned me over, "Come on" all the guys said. I walked into the frame "(Y/N)!" Colby said, "hi" I laughed as I looked at the camera. "Whoooo" all the guys said in a cheering manner making me laugh.

I sat in the chair as the guys looked at me, "Corey go ahead" Colby said. "I've been wondering, but do girls poop" he said trying to look as serious as possible. "I'm sorry to break it to you but yes we do" I said trying not to smile. Corey looked at Jake like he was going to cry, "it's okay Corey" Jake said as he wrapped his arm around Corey's shoulders. "Okay my turn" he said as he pushed Corey. I laughed "ask away" I said, Jake pulled his phone out and searched for something. He put the phone in my face "is this you kissing Mr. Colby Brock" he asked. "No, I left early during that party" I said taking a quick glance at Colby. "Mhm sure" Jake said as he put his phone back into his pocket. "Okay" Sam said then cleared his throat, "are you in love with Colby" he asked. "Jeez what's with these serious questions" I laughed. "I love Colby as a friend, but dating wise I've never thought about it so I'm have to say no" I said as I twisted the ring on my finger. "Okay now here's the real question" Colby said trying to stop making everything awkward. "Are you living in the traphouse" he asked, I took a deep breath "yes" I said. "You hear that we have a new traphouse member" Colby said as he looked at the camera.

I laid in my bed looking at the ceiling listening to music as I look a quick glance to check the time. It was 1 AM and I knew the boys were still playing video games. "(Y/N) I need to talk to you" a voice said with a knock after. "Come in" I said pausing the music. "What's up Colbs" I asked as I sat and patted a spot next to me. He closed the door behind him, "I was thinking about early" he said then taking a quick breath. "Okay" I said as I chewed on my bottom lip. "Why did you lie?" He asked, "what do you mean" I asked. "The whole party thing" he said, "what about the party thing" I said as I fidgeted with my ring. "You know that was you, it was because you found out Bryan cheated on you and we were both drunk" he said. "Okay and" I said looking away, "you don't remember do you" he asked. I shook my head 'no' "we did more back at my apartment" he said, my eyes widened as I remembered.

"I-" I tried to say something, "now why did you lie" he asked again. "Because I didn't want Shea to hate me, we all know you have a thing with her. And the whole Bryan thing too" I said as my eyes started to get blurry then a tear came out. "I don't have a thing with Shea, well I don't anymore" he said, "why" I sniffed. "Because I feel in love with you" he said trying not to raise his voice then quickly looked down. "I feel in love with you that night" he said softly. "Colbs i-" I said but got cut off again, "I know you just got out of a relationship and you won't be moving on anytime soon" he said. I didn't know what to do except lift his chin and place my lips against his. He hesitated for a second then relaxed, I wrapped my arms around his neck and our lips moved in sync. He snaked his arms around my waist as he started to get rougher. I pulled back, "that's what I think" I said laughing slightly. His lips curled into a smile, "I love you too Colby I've always had but I didn't want to make things awkward" I said. "I don't think it awkward" he said chuckling softly. "Can we please just take things slow" I asked as I looked at his ice blue eyes. The lighted up which was a new thing I've never saw. "Of course" he said, "but can we do that kiss on more time" he asked. I giggled and nodded, he lightly placed his lips on mine then it turned into a passionate kiss. He pulled away as he pulled me into his chest as he placed his chin on my head, as his hand softly rubbed my back.

"I will never hurt you..."
