Chapter 4

When I woke up I saw that a trolly of food had been wheeled into the room. I knew mating can cause you to go into a deep sleep while our body fluids mixed together. That was why I knew I did not hear anyone come into the room.  I sat up and realized it was now dark.

I glanced at the clock and saw it was 4am. I stood up and walked to the window and looked out. I could see that the patrols had been doubled next to the house while I was in the mate coma sleep. I then heard feet walking in  the hall . I looked at my mate who was still sleeping. I grabbed a robe from my closet and went to the door. I did another glance at my mate and opened up the door. I saw it was my younger brother, Samson walking the hallway. I looked at him as he walked toward me with a smile on his face. "Why are you walking the hall at this time of night?"

"I volunteered to guard this area of the pack house until you were awake from your coma."

"Thank you, but I looked outside and saw Issac has double the guards. I guess Alpha Anthony is still at large?"

He looked down toward his feet and said, "yes. Once again I am very sorry that he escaped."

"I already told you it was not your fault."

"Do you want to know what all has happened while you been out or do you want Issac to officially tell you what's happened in the past 3-1/2 days you been out?"

"I have been out that long?"

"Yes, Colin. You both have. Issac pushes the BBQ back to the weekend."

Just then Donna opened the door. "You two can talk about this in the morning. Arrange for Issac, you and anyone else to meet at 9:00 tomorrow morning. If it was anything urgent you would of been already told." She then leads me back into the room and closes the door. Then she let the robe drop and I swept her into my arms and made passionate love with my mouth before I drove myself into her hot core for the rest of the night.

It was around 7:00 am we both got up and took a shower together. Then went and got the children to take them down to breakfast. During breakfast Gary spoke up, "Alpha? Now that you and Mom are mated what will happen to Larry and I? Will you kill us like Alpha Anthony said he was going to do?"

I heard my mate gasp and many of the pack members stopped talking and eating to turn to look at us. I wiped my mouth with my napkin and finished chewing what I was eating. "No, but after breakfast all you pups will be taken to another area of the pack lands. This way your mother and I will not accidentally injure any of you. You see now that we are mates I do feel an extreme jealousy toward you starting. Your mom will feel the same toward my pups soon if she does not already."

All four boys spoke up at once, "she would never hurt a pup. She is a Luna."

"Well boys most time that is very true. You have to remember that Alpha and Luna when they mate feel extreme emotions. One of those emotions can be jealousy."

"We will never get to be with you all as a family?"

"The day you arrived we were going to have a welcome to the pack party but your mom and I fell asleep. We did not wake up until today. So that party got postpone until Friday night. During that party we will have what they call a blending ceremony. You two will bite my wrist and I will bite your wrist. Our saliva and blood will mix.  Your mom will do that with my pups. This blending will also make you all siblings. Then we will go back to sleep while the mixture continues. When we wake up we will officially be a blended family. We will no longer have jealousy for each other. Until that time I am sending you to stay in the Village with the grandparents.
As for what you call me- We will be family so you can call me Colin"
