Chapter 18

Vivian's pov

The movie finished and Cameron fell asleep. All I could think about is what it would have been like if Cameron was my dad, how different my life would have been. I would have had the support I needed and the help. I pictured him spinning me around as a little kid and kissing my boo boos and protecting like a diamond. Everything I never had, I have now because of Cameron. I wish he was my dad. He says he'll be here forever, but shawn did too and look how that turned out. I hope Cameron doesn't hurt me like shawn did..

"You okay?" Cameron said waking up taking me out of my thoughts

"Yeah just thinking" I say taking a deep breath look and my thumbs

"About what?" He asks

I stay silent for a minute and keep on playing with my thumbs
"Why would shawn do that to me..he promised to stay in my life forever." I finally say "I'm not upset that he cheated...i mean I am but if he cheats he should be with me but what bothers me is why promise to stay when he knows everyone always leaves"

"What do you mean everyone always leaves?" Cameron asks turning towards me

"No matter the circumstances. People leave. They'll leave either with either you in pain or themselves. Someone always ends up hurt. Why promise something that no one can keep?" I say looking at cam as he listens intently

"Vivian, you're right. People always leave but it doesn't mean they leave the next day. Some people stay until they aren't needed anymore or don't feel like they should stay." Cameron says and I nod my head "it depends on the who the person is princess. They can either stay forever or for one day. You'll never know and it sucks princess it really does suck but that's life and you have to deal with it no matter what. People leave and you can't control it but with everyone person gone you're left with the people who stay forever. You get it?"

I nod my head "yeah. I get it. Everyone sucks ass except for Cameron Dallas" I say laughing

Cameron laughs "that's true but no everyone can have a Cameron Dallas though"

"except meeeee" I say laughing and smiling

" I missed that little smile of yours" Cameron says using his two pointer fingers to stick at the end of my smiles pushing it up higher

I laugh "thank you" I say hugging him

Cameron hugs back "for what princess?" He asks

" for being here. For me. For being the bestest best friend and person can ever ask for." I say holding on tightly

"You'll always have papa Dallas" Cameron says laughing

I let go and laugh

"How about we pack your clothes to get ready for you to leave tomorrow" Cameron asks?

"Ew do I have to" I say sticking my legs in the air and laying my head of the couch

"Yes you have to" cam says picking me up and throwing me on the bed then proceeding to grab my luggage

I don't really do anything besides handle my undergarments and tell him where everything goes while he folds and put it in the correct luggage

We finish and I end up with a packed luggage, extra bag and backpack

Cam and I put everything by the door and as soon as we sit on the couch the boys and mahogany walk in

They all walk in quietly and crowd around me and cam. Except hayes, he picks me up and puts me on his lap.

"So how are you" Matthew asks

"Gucci A F " I respond and smile at him "I got over it and got over him and just got over this entire thing. I also talked to Cameron and I feel a lot better"
