Part 3

Your POV
Kageyama and I are neighbors so walking home together isn't a big deal.My brother is what's the big deal. My brother, Tetsurou, he practically despises Kageyama. It's pretty scary when they get into fights but I'm always able to calm them down. I don't even know why they hate each other so much. They haven't told me and they said they never will.

As we reach my house we see Tetsurou through his window, we hear him too. He's crying. I know this might seem like I'm a bad sister but he cries every time he gets into a break up, most of the time he's the one breaking up with the girl. I stay outside to talk with Tobio a bit.

"No offense y/n, I really like that you go to Karasuno, but why does Tetsurou go to Nekoma all the way in Tokyo when he could just go to Karasuno with us?"

I always dread this question because it always reminds me on how Tetsurou is the favorite child.

"My parents didn't really think Karasuno would be the best fit for him. They want him to go to a "better" school with a "better" volleyball team. We would've moved over there to Tokyo but my mom said it was too much money to pay for both of us to go there...." I don't wanna look up. Kageyama always knew I was my parents 2nd choice. I guess that's why he cares so much about me, because no one else will.

"But trust me, they really regret it now, especially since you're playing. You make Karasuno a force to be reckoned with." I say trying to make it better on his part.

I look up and I see Kageyama trying to hold a straight face but breaks. He almost looks like he's gonna burst into tears but all the sudden his expression changes, he smiles and hands me my backpack.

"Change into some pajamas and go over the bridge, we've having a sleepover." He smirks and bolts through his front door.

I haven't slept over at his house in a while. Shit, I haven't even crossed the bridge in a while. Me and Tobio have rooms right next to each other. When we were about 9 or so his parents made us a little pathway for us to cross back and forth between our rooms. His parents are like my 2nd parents. I love them and all but they baby me a lot. Kageyama has probably told them a lot of stuff.

I run up the stairs bringing a bag of popcorn from the kitchen. Tetsurou opens his bedroom door and heads over to the bathroom. He seems really hurt. I want to, I want to go over and ask him if he's okay. But Tobio is waiting. I rush to my room. I dont really have pajamas so I throw on some shorts and a hoodie. I through my long hair into a messy bun and make my way across our bridge over to his window.

                          Kageyama's POV
I've been waiting for y/n for a while and as I reach for my phone to text her i hear a knock at my window. She's wearing some short shorts and hoodie. With her hair up in a bun. She looks adorable.

"Hey if you're gonna invite me over at least open the window for me dumbass." She giggles as I open the window to let her in.

"Oh sorry i was just-" "Admiring the glorious view?" She giggles again. I love her laugh.

"Oh shoot! I forgot the popcorn! Be right back in 10 seconds."

"Popcorn?" she runs over the bridge and back over with a bag of popcorn.

"Yeah, what's a sleepover without popcorn? So what movie are we watching?" She climbs into my bed and takes her side.

"You pick." As I say handing her the remote and lay down on my side of the bed.

She picks a movie and not even 5 minutes into the movie she's asleep. I move the uneaten bag of popcorn off the bed and turn off the TV. I snuggle up next to her. Feeling the warmth she gives off. She smells like flowers. I go to sleep dreaming of her, in my arms.

Author's Note: Sorry this was short, i kind of forgot about the story after a few days. It's 3am right now and I'm feeling lazy, ill work on it later today.
