Rachel came out of the bedroom to find the whole apartment quiet, with Dianna sitting on the couch clearly deep in thought while Eris was nowhere in sight.
When she noticed Rachel enter the room, Dianna looked up at her, "...Hey" she spoke softly, "Did you happen to hear all of that?"
"Well...Not all of it, it was mostly muffled but definitely loud" Rachel answered honestly and sat next to Dianna, "I'm sorry for causing a fight between you two, I mean, I heard my name and-"
"No no no, Rachel this wasn't your fault" Dianna defended, "We just had different opinions on something and the discussion got a bit heated. That's all"
"Different opinions? On what?"
"On victim-blaming..."
"Oh..."
Dianna sighed deeply, "It just infuriated me that she would put the blame on you! It's not your fault people are jackasses! You're the victim here and she didn't even-"
Rachel suddenly placed a hand on Dianna's shoulder, successfully interrupting her, "Okay Dianna, I get it. I get you" she smiled, "Glad to see you haven't changed one bit, still the tough, righteous girl I know"
"Yeah well, I think sometimes I'm too "righteous"" she said, slumping down on the couch, "To the point of driving away people around me"
"Hey, if they leave you because of that, then they shouldn't have been around you in the first place"
Dianna showed a small smile at Rachel
"And she may have been a bitch but I think Eris deserves the benefit of the doubt, don't you think?" Rachel continued, ""Sometimes ignorant people need to be educated to clear that smoggy brain of theirs, and if they don't change, that's on them" Isn't that what you told me back in college?"
"You still remembered that?"
"It's hard to forget since the reason you told me that was when a classmate of ours jokingly told me to "go to the kitchen and make him a sandwich," and my immediate response was to punch him and make him bleed"
Dianna chuckled and Rachel was glad she made Dianna smile for even just a bit
"Seriously Dianna, go talk some sense into your crush and, if she doesn't at least reconsider her views after that then" Rachel said "Put your crush onto someone else and kick her outta here!"
Dianna looked at Rachel with a lighter feel at heart, "Thanks Rachel"

Meanwhile, Eris walked and walked around the city, passing by the police station where two police men were adding new mug shots on their "wanted" board outside the station.
Eris, out of curiosity, took a peek but left in an instant and continued walking until her feet brought her to a bar at the far end of the city.
It's a lively and loud one with a banner that says "Ladies Night! For all the ladies who love ladies!"
"Perfect. I fucking need a drink" Eris said and entered the establishment.
Eris sat at the bar and ordered drink after drink. Alcohol poisoning isn't on Eris's dumb-ways-to-die list, and although she can recover fast, she can still get really intoxicated from drinking way too much.
"Fuck! This could've been avoided if little miss flirty-face with her gross clingy-ness just arrived half an hour later!" Eris exclaimed, another shot down the hatch, "I haven't shouted like that at someone in years! Fuck all this shit!
Thoughts after endless thoughts, numerous amounts of continuous shots, and lengthy, sometimes flirty conversations with different ladies later, Eris called it a night and decided to leave the place.
