Magical Change (JK X Reader)

THE PHONE

We all kept on trying to make jungkook remember the name and then tell it to us , where jungkook kept on denying .

Soon , giving up after some time we all sat in silence when suddenly jungkook's phone rang , he got up saying "excuse me" to us and went outside .

We all just sat inside , eating the hamburger and fries that we ordered while talking , waiting for jungkook to return .

I kept on turning around to see what jungkook was doing when he moved the phone form near his ear and started texting ( as far as I saw )
I turned back towards Suho and Euna , who were still talking about something when I joined them thinking jungkook would return soon when jungkook came back , picked his bag from the chair and started putting his stuff in it saying ,

Jungkook : sorry guys I have to leave , something came up ..... See you all tomorrow ....

He said , I saw his phone that was hanging from the side of one of his bag's pocket , I kept on looking at the phone putting food in my mouth or do I say stuffing my mouth when jungkook's phone fell out of his bag , I looked up at jungkook who was saying bye to Suho and Euna trying to tell jungkook by my actions that his phone fell out because my mouth was stuffed with food .....

I tried to get his attention when this person looked at me and says ,

Jungkook : I am sorry Y/N , I can't stay , I have to go ....

I stopped telling him anything as I had already been annoyed by his words .... Saying byes he ran out of the restaurant .... I hated it when he jumped to conclusions like that but , that's the way he is .......

Euna : what were you trying to tell him Y/N ?

Suho : yeah ...... That dumbo just jumps to conclusions and just answers without thinking

He said pace palming ,

Y/N : he dropped his phone ...... And he is gone what do we do now ? Suho , you are his good friend how about you take it ?

I said to Suho who was ready to say a big fat N-O....

Suho : me ? No no......I don't want an angry jungkook tomorrow morning beating me up , he would probably won't listen to me and just get mad , you know how I said he jumps to conclusions ...... How about Euna ?

We both looked towards Euna who was sucking on her cold drink ,

Euna : have you guys lost it ..... I don't even know him well ... And Y/N , you saw the phone fall , you take responsibility

They both got up to leave but it seemed to me they were trying to run away from thr responsibility of taking jungkook's phone , well they weren't wrong , he gets mad easily and I saw it fall so I had to take it , I still tried to stop them but they didn't seen to want to stop because my puppy eyes were starting to show up , soon they both left leaving me and jungkook's phone alone .....

I guess I had to take his phone now , for today ....

I reached home after riding the bus for 15 minutes and went to wash my face and hands after keeping my bag down .... I got out of the washroom patting my face dry with a towel when jungkook's phone lit up with light ....... I went to see because I thought it might be someone important ......
