okay, so day one of being a pescatarian. my breakfast, a smoothie bowl.
it's my first one so I kinda didn't know what to do. yes, I went on YouTube and watched Ashley Wicka.
so, I got my frozen banana, strawberries, pineapple, and oat milk. Then I also grabbed powdered almond butter, vanilla protein powder, and powdered greens bc I need that in my life. Everything was going great, I dumped it all in my blender, added oat milk and blended. it wouldn't blend at first so I added more oat milk and some water. It finally blended and it came out as a light pukey green. not appetizing but it tastes good. then the toppings. almond butter, granola, and chia seeds. the chia seeds were new so I had to open the bag. (I literally can't open the 'tear here' bags) so I sprayed chia seeds all over my kitchen. I swept them up and finished topping it off. Now I'm eating it.if lunch is this bad...oof. at least I can cook, right?
