A loud beat, spilled milk, crumbled cookies, bleeding teddy bears, dead wolves, smashed cakes.

'What's going on here...?'

Broken toys, melted cotton candy, irritating gunshots, laughing Barbie dolls, a crashed bike, a bloody knife.

'Why is it so fucking loud?'

There was laughter—getting louder, getting crazier. Hands grabbed her and pulled. She screamed as loud as she could, shattering their stupid skulls.

A face got close.

Her eyes were black.

RIIIIIIIINNGGG!

Miku whined, cringing at the sound of the alarm clock. She slowly opens her eyes, glaring at the stupid circle of gears and the shaking bells. Concentrating on it, she made the clock float before launching it across the room and smashing it into the wall.

That was new. Oh well.

'That dream was weird. I was having fun though...'

Miku got up from bed, stretching her arms and legs with a soft yawn escaping her lips. She began to undress as she walked toward her closet.

'The birthday party was so depressing, but the food was delicious. Don't see why it all had to fucking burn down. Stupid fucking wolf,'

Miku opened the closet, her uniform sat among all her pretty outfits. She rolled her eyes before grabbing the dress and putting it on over her head. A small smile came to her lips, as the light purple complemented her skin perfectly. The flowers on the sleeves were a perfect addition. No way was she looking plain in pink like all the other girls. The boys weren't so lucky either—nothing but boring button ups and blue pants for them.

'Who was that lady talking to me...? Did she wake me up?'

Miku looked at her right hand and flexed her fingers. They felt stronger than usual. She felt like she could see way more than usual too. Oh well.

Miku sat down to pull her turquoise striped knee-highs and shoes on when she heard her phone buzzing from her nightstand. She didn't bother to answer, waiting for the voicemail instead.

"Hey, Miku! I'm already at the bus stop. Ugh, it's too fucking early for this... anyway, don't sleep in or I'll hunt you down! See you in a bit!"

"You can't hunt me, Rin," Miku got up and grabbed her phone, stuffing it in her dress pocket. The last thing she put on were the long, fingerless black fishnet gloves Rin got her—the blond girl had a matching pair in white.

Scanning over her room one last time, Miku reached under her bed to pull out the suitcase she had packed the night before then made her way downstairs. She decided to skip breakfast this morning. Her mom was definitely still asleep after getting blackout drunk and her dad didn't come home last night—spent it with his girlfriend probably.

Right before Miku left the house, she stopped by the chalkboard that hung on the wall by the front door. Dad got that so he wouldn't forget anything on his way out. Miku liked leaving tiny drawings for her parents on there. A bit of a grin came to her face as she grabbed a piece of chalk, quickly scribbling something for them to see.
