The Forbidden Love

I hated the fact I was a lonely girl. I sat alone at lunch,while all the other kids had there friends but I didn't. I had a crush on a boy named Nick, he didn't know I existed so I admired him from a far. I sat at my lunch table playing with my noddles on my plate.

"You going to finish that"

"What"

I looked up and saw Nick looking at me with his big blue eyes that looked like the ocean. I stared at him in amazement because I couldn't believe it.

"Hey you all right"he said

"Yeah"I said

"I didn't eat anything after football practice so I was wondering.........."he said

"Sure take it I don't like it"I said

"Thanks"he said

He took the plate and walked away he was somewhat pale but I didn't mind he was still gorgeous in my eyes. I began walking down the hall to my last class for the day when Nick approach me.

"Thanks for the food."he said

"No problem it's okay I never really eaten those type of stuff they look like worms".I said

"Haha, your cute"he said

My face turned red I was going crazy I was so happy. He called me cute. Even though he was single I couldn't have a chance all those popular girls are in love with.

" See you later cutie" he said pinching my cheek. I melted into some puddle of water I was that happy.I walked to my last class with my knees shaking. I sat down and took out my book and began to write my work before I knew the bell rang and I ran out I bumped into someone I looked at the persons shoes they looked like a lot of money I knew it was Cassie the popular girl that ruled the halls of this high school.

"Watch where the hell you are going"she said

"Sorry"I said

"No get on your knees and clean them"she said

I looked at her I was pissed I had a bad temper so I kept to myself but I had to say something. People started to surround us I was about to say something when Nick came

"Hey,Cassie leave her alone she said she was sorry are you that hard headed" he said

"Next time loser"she said pushing my arm.

She walked away I ran the other way before Nick could talk to me.I ran all the way home I got in my house and ran in my room avoiding my mom.Me and my mom was on our own after my dad ran off with his assistant I didn't really care but she took it to heart she cried every night. She says i'm like my dad hot headed she also said my features are,just like him. I had long dark brown hair,with large light brown eyes. I wasn't ulgy but I didn't like how my mom always called me beautiful . I laid on my back staring at the ceiling I was pissed who does Cassie think she is. I know Nick was sticking up for me but I could do it myself i'm not 4 years old.But I shoulda thanked him instead of running off like that. But what is done is done. Just then my mom came in.

" Sweetheart what happened you came running in the house did something happen in school?"she said

" No nothing happened I was just really tired"I said

" You were tired so you nearly broke down the door to get to your bed"she said

" When you put it like that it seems like something is wrong"I said

" I know that you need a father figure but I'm also here for you, you know that right"she said

" Mom please don't bring that up"I said

" No its true he left because of me if it wasn't for me you would have a father right now"she said

"Please stop mom"I said

She got off my bed and walked downstairs. My mom called me for dinner we sat in silence not speaking about dad or anything. After eating I helped my mom with the dishes I walked upstairs and step into the shower washing away all my pain about not having my father there for me when I needed him. I got out the shower and slipped on some shorts with a purple t shirt and socks. I put my hair in a tight pony tail I looked in the mirror I didn't look too bad I laid on my bed and began reading my book. just then my phone rang I picked up.

"Hey it's me Nick sorry if I did anything to offend you"he said

"What. Oh no you didn't do anything"I said

"Cool I thought you was offended"he said

"How did you get my number.Not to be rude"I said

"When you ran out the school you dropped a book with your phone number."he said

I looked into my bag to check and see if I did lose a book but I didn't everything was there he was lying.

"Oh I see. Can you give me it tomorrow"I said

"I can't do that "

"Why?"

"Cause I lied. I asked around for your number".

"Oh well bye then"

"Oh bye cutie"

I hanged up I was glowing I threw my book on the floor. I grabbed my Hello Kitty stuffed animal and hugged it. I pretended that it was Nick and I began to kiss it you can say that I'm a little obsessed or crazy. I didn't care I was cute to him and I liked it. I fell asleep thinking of Nick.The weekend was tomorrow and I couldn't wait. I would have an excuse to see Nick I just couldn't wait if I waited any longer I felt like I might burst. But I would just have to wait until it was time.
