"That's not the point Addison! You know how I feel about him."

"Oh so this is all about you now?!"

Dixie sighed heavily and combed through her hair with her fingers in frustration. "I didn't say that."

"He's just a friend Dixie! It's not like I'm hooking up with him or anything!"

They were both yelling now, their hushed conversation turning into a full fledged argument in the semi-private entrance of the restaurant.

"I'm not saying that you were! But for God's sake, he's literally been flirting with you this entire night and you're not exactly doing anything to stop it!"

"He wasn't even flirting! Is no one allowed to compliment me anymore?!"

"Addison he literally just asked you on a date not even 10 minutes ago! He obviously doesn't see you as just a friend!"

"What does that have to do with me? It's not like I agreed to go!"

"What does that-? Addison are you even listening to yourself right now? You sound ridiculous!"

"So now I'm being ridiculous!?"

"I said you sound ridiculous!"

"Ok you know what? I'm done with this conversation, I was actually having a good time before you started this whole thing."

Before Dixie could say anything else Addison turned on her heel and stormed off, the restaurant doors closing behind her. Dixie stared at the closed door for a second, her anger boiling inside her. Lately the couple have been fighting a lot, with most of the fights being centered around none other than Bryce Hall.

Even the thought of him makes Dixie want to explode. The bastard knows that they are together but refuses to back down, and honestly his continuous advances on Addison combined with the constant shipping by fans makes her a little insecure. What if one day Addison decides that Bryce is the right person for her and wants to break up? Dixie would wind up in the same dark place she was in before she met Addison, and that is a place she never wants to go back to.

You know what? No. She's not going to let that weasel take away the love of her life, at least not without a fight. She took a few deep breaths and willed herself to walk back inside, making her anger and frustration with a fake smile.

She made eye contact with Addison as she approached their table of friends and her smile faltered a little. Bryce had taken her chair next to Addison and was sitting a little too close for her liking. She could've caused a scene right then and there but she was already on thin ice with Addison so she decided against it and sat in Bryce's empty chair at the table.

"Well look who decided to join us. Finally recovered from your quickie with Addison?" Josh joked, causing the table to turn their attention to Dixie.

"Please tell me that's not why you guys were out there." Charli panicked, not wanting to worry about whether they were recorded or photographed.

Honestly she almost said that they did have a quickie in the parking lot. Maybe that would get Bryce to back up off her girl, but again Addison was already mad at her. There's no need to escalate things further.

"Of course we didn't Charli. Calm down."

The group cracked a few more jokes about what Dixie and Addison might have been doing outside before turning back to their conversations. Everyone seemed to be having a good time, everyone except for Dixie. The entire time Dixie watched Addison and Bryce, mainly Bryce though, she wanted to make sure he didn't do anything out of pocket.
