“Ahh!” I covered my ears as I heard another gunshot.
Today is the day I feared the most. Kung kailan na sya kukunin sa akin.
I met a man before. He was the most handsome and the most mysterious.
I felt a hand slowly touching my cheeks. I know I was having nightmares again. Habol ang hininga akong bumangon at inilibot ang tingin sa buong kwarto. I saw a man standing near the wall.
“Who are you?” kunot noo kong tanong.
He didn't answer my question instead, he walked near me. His face shouts perfection.
I covered my body with the blanket and moved closer to the headboard. I don't feel any fear while looking at him. I felt secured. It's weird.
“I am Lucifer, your protector.”

"Luci, ano ba! Stop kissing me!”
Its been a month since he came and told me he was my protector. Indeed, he was. Like his name, he was the bringer of light in my darkness.
“I can't. Its too addicting.” I heard him groan after saying that.
Napatawa na lamang ako. Hulog na. Hulog na ako sa taong ito— tao nga ba?

“Ahh!” I shouted again as I heard another gunshot.
Nasa bahay ako ngayon. The place where we made everything. I saw him walked near me. He still looks so handsome kahit sira sira na ang damit nya.
“Stay here at your room, never ever go somewhere. I will do everything. I will not let them tear us apart.”
“No, no. Luci, its okay. You won't get hurt now if you'll go with them. Ayos na ako, Luci. I will never forgive myself if something bad happens to you.”
“And I will never forgive myself for abandoning you here. Trust your man. Trust me.”
I look at him with teary eyes.
“I love you.” i dropped those words while looking at his eyes.
He kissed me before saying.
“If love is what you need, a soldier I will be.”
He pulled away from me and smiled. This is the first time I saw him smile. I saw his wings slowly opened while he was holding firmly a gun. He is Lucifer, an angel with a shotgun.
