Liam had actually gone to bed at a decent time and so he didn't see his notification until Saturday morning but when he did, he fell off of his bed.
"Liam?" His mom yelled from downstairs, having heard the loud thud.
"I'm fine!" He called back, scrambling to pick up his phone and look at the screen again. The notification was still there and he quickly clicked on it. It took him to a video he had posted years ago, when he had just started at Devenford, of him and Mason skateboarding down the dark halls of the school. They had broken in after hours and These Are My Friends by lovely the band was playing over the video, Liam and Mason could be seen laughing and talking but the music covered their conversation. The 15 second video cut off and began to start over. Liam muted it and climbed back onto his bed, face planting into his pillow for the third time in two days. "What does this mean?" He groaned. Brett had been less than friendly when Liam had walked up to him the other day and now he was liking an old Instagram video after Liam accidentally but nonetheless liked one of his old photos. His phone dinged and he rolled onto his back, looking at his screen to see a message from Mason.
