The guilt was eating you alive. Every second you spent thinking about the secret you're keeping from Dean is giving you bad heartaches. He doesn't know that a person he's helped create was taken from him. You knew Sam judged you for what you did because you saw it in his eyes whenever he looked at you. He claimed that it's your body and what happened is between you and Dean, but he's disappointed—you can tell that much. You're disappointed in yourself. Sooner or later this secret is going to come out, and when it does, it's going to be one of the biggest fights you and Dean will ever have.
You tried not to think about your unborn baby as you helped the brothers look for some of the guns that seemed to be missing from the inventory. Someone or something clearly took them, but hopefully you thought you misplaced them with how much is going on in your head. Dean was searching under his pillow where he usually kept his good gun when you heard a throat clear from behind you.
"Looking for this?"
Slowly turning around, you saw another hunter, Roy, that you and Dean used to vibe with holding Dean's precious gun. Roy emptied the cartridge out of the handgun before tossing it to the side. Walt, Roy's partner, had two guns pointed at you as Sam. You could easily get out of this, and your eyes started to glow blue as magic swirled around the tips of your fingers.
"I don't think so. See you in another life," Walt claimed and shot you point blank in the head.
You fell to the bed, dead, with a bullet-shaped hole in your head.
"Y/N!" Dean yells.
He starts to go to you, but Walt cocked the gun in his hand once more to indicate that he was serious.
"Don't even think about it."
"What the fuck?!" Dean yelled.
Sam was too shocked at what had just happened to say anything.
"We had to get rid of the witch first. You understand," Roy shrugged.
"You're dead," Dean growled.
"No, Sam is," Walt declared, pointing his gun at Sam while Roy pointed his at Dean. "You think you can flip the switch on the Apocalypse and just walk away, Sam?"
"Who told you that?"
"We ain't the only hunters after you. See you in the next life," he grinned.
"Hear me out. I can explain, okay? Please," the younger brother begged.
Walt didn't wait as he shot Sam, killing him instantly. Dean moves to go to you and his brother, but the two hunters wouldn't let him.
"Stay the hell down," Roy ordered.
"Shoot him."
"Killing Sam and Y/N was right but Dean—"
"He made us, and we just snuffed his brother and his girl, you idiot," Walt snapped. "You want to spend the rest of your life knowing Dean Winchester's on your ass, 'cause I don't. Shoot him!"
"Go ahead, Roy, do it," Dean growled threateningly. "But I'm going to warn you, when I come back, I'm going to be pissed. C'mon! Let's get this show on the road!"
"Come on, already," Walt encouraged his best friend.
When Roy couldn't do it, he aimed at Dean and shot him dead.

What the hell just happened? Did you die? You were no longer with the Winchesters or in the musty motel room. Gone were the stiff beds and the peeling wallpaper. Replacing the once white walls, pictures of a cute family, and polished furniture. There were children's toys surrounding you where you sat on the floor. Wait, cute family? You took a closer look at the pictures only to see it was you, Dean, and a four-year-old little girl that looked just like Dean.
