"Well you two were a couple, so you know?"

Finally.
I got dressed pretty warm because it was mid winter.

Then I headed to Kim's Bread.
I walked inside and saw Y/N.
She waved at me and I came over.
"Hey." I say sitting down across from her.
"Hey! Nice coat haha." She says with a cute little smile on her face.
I scoff, "Thanks. I mean it's going to be cold."
"Wellll its not that cold."
"It will be colder later though." I say taking the coat off.
"Oh right- I'm stupid haha." She says shaking her head.
"Yees you are." I chuckle.
"Oh hush. You are too." She says and then we order our food.
"You know, I'm so glad its winter break." I say to break the silence.
"Yeah! Honestly I can't wait till we graduate. I feel like the teachers are such a pain in the ass these days."
"Hey don't cuss."
She scoffs. " Why not? You curse all the time."
"Well not as much anymore, I haven't cursed since we got here."
"True true." She replies and our food arrives.
We both got soups and mine was pretty delicious.
"How's your soup Y/N?" I say leaning over the table a bit to smell it.
"Hehe its good! Want some?" She scoops some with her spoon and points it at me.
I sip it and it was just as good as my soup was.
"Mm it's yummy." I say licking my lips.
I see her face turn a hint of red, "What's the matter Y/N?" I ask tilting my head slightly.
"Nothing- the soup is just really hot you know."
"No? Not really?" I say confused.
"Well for me it is!" She leans back pouting her lips.
"Okay, okay, calm down." I chuckle at her reaction.
