Amusement Park (Denki Kaminari X Reader)

You couldn't help, but roll your eyes at how Kaminari managed to get a date from you. After so many times of asking you out, you finally caved in and decided to go on one date with the desperate boy. As you finished getting ready, Kaminari had texted you that he was going to pick you up, and you couldn't help but feel a little excited about your date when you heard a knock at the door, "I'll get it," you desperately cried as you saw your parents walking towards the door. You watched in horror as your parents opened the door revealing the bright smile of Kaminari and you knew he was in for a lecture. 

30 minutes later, your parents finally finished their "talk" and Kaminari replied with a polite smile, "Yes sir and yes ma'am," before turning to you, "Are you ready to have some fun, y/n?" You nodded before saying goodbye to both of your parents and began to walk beside Kaminari, "Where are we going?" Kaminari looked at you with excitement in his orangish-brown eyes, "We're going to the amusement park! Best first date spot ever!" You rolled your eyes at the cliche spot and you held a small smile on your face as you saw the energy radiating off of Kaminari before you realized, "Are we going by bus?" He glanced down for a second before he ran a hand through his hair, "Not exactly. Let's say I cashed in a favor." Seconds later, a large black truck rolled up beside your house and you saw in the window the smiling face of Kirishima and the angry grimace of Bakugo. 

Kaminari opened the door for you as you noticed that it was Bakugo driving and you trembled at the thought of Bakugo's road rage, "Are you sure it's safe for Bakugo to be driving?" Bakugo looked back at you with an evil glint in his eyes, "What the fuck is that supposed to mean," before Kirishima interrupting Bakugo answered, "It should be fine as long as we don't anger him too much." Bakugo began to drive when Kaminari told him and Kirishima, "Hey Kirishima, thanks for convincing Bakugo to drive us to the amusement park." "Don't mention it. I mean, we were already going," Kirishima smiled before turning back to his phone telling Bakugo directions. Minutes later, the truck was pulling up in front of the amusement park, lights beginning to glow as the sunset and you couldn't help but notice the large Ferris wheel spinning in the background, "We're doing that last," you told Kaminari as you pointed at it. Immediately, you began to play the park's games, you know the standard stuff, the strong man contest, which Kaminari failed spectacularly, and another game where you had to knock over tin cans, this is where you won a stuffed Pikachu.

 You smiled at the resemblance between your stuffed Pikachu and Kaminari so you decided to give it to Kaminari, "Are you sure," he looked up with wide eyes, "Yes on the notion that you allow me to call you Pikachu," you bargained, "Heck, if you give me that Pikachu, you can call me by my first name, Denki." You were surprised at the notion but accepted, "I do believe we have ourselves a deal," and you shook hands, "Pleasure doing business, Denki. Now let's ride that Ferris wheel." You smiled noticing Kaminari's blush at the mention of his first name, and seizing the opportunity, you led the way to the line. It's was dark now so the Ferris wheel lit up against your and Kaminari's face, and minutes later, you were both being led into a passenger car. 

The Ferris wheel began to move and you noticed for the first time that Kaminari was trembling and you gently placed your hand on top of his, "Are you okay, Denki?" "Y...Yeah. I'm fine," he looked down before looking over at you and the electricity he was radiating caused the Ferris wheel to stumble and seize suddenly, "Okay. So. If I'm being honest, I'm just a little nervous." "Nervous about what," before you grinned at the realization, "Are you nervous around me?" He ran his hand through his hair making it stick up on all sides before he gazed into your e/c eyes, "Just this," Kaminari placed his hands on the sides of your face and kissed your cheek before pulling back.

 "I think you missed Denki," you smiled while your face blushing a deep red, and you leaned up into Kaminari's face and gently kissed his lips. Immediately, you felt electricity coursing through your veins as the kiss deepened, and when you broke away, you noticed Kaminari giving you a cheeky smile, "So does that mean there's a possibility for a second date." You playfully shoved him, "Stop joking, of course, I'll go on a second date with you, Pikachu." You noticed the colors of the Ferris wheel lighting up Kaminari's face and you leaned your head on his shoulder as the Ferris wheel started back up moving the passenger car back to the ground. You both left the passenger car and he took your hand in his, and since you couldn't find Kirishima or Bakugo, Kaminari decided to walk you home. As you walked home, you looked back at the amusement park smiling knowing that you would forever cherish the place.
