Part Two

The lights flickered on and the projector screen rolled up. I let go of Audrey's arm. No claps were heard from the audience. My eyes were still adjusting to the light when I turned around to see significantly less people in the room. Mostly teenagers and small children were there. I turned to my uncles and to my shock, they were gone. I was in disbelief but before I could understand what was going on, I heard footsteps and the sound of rolling carts coming in from the hallway. I didn't want to be alone here. I quickly moved over to the group of young adults and small children in hopes that it would make me feel safer. They seemed just as distressed as I did. I gripped my fingers into the wooden seat.
A group of nurses appeared with carts carrying medical supplies. Mostly pill bottles and syringes. Followed by the nurses was an older lady wearing a dark blue suit. Her hair was in a tight bun. She looked up at us and announced to us calmly "Your trail will now begin."
Before I knew it I was sitting on the floor on the gymnasium and a nurse was holding out my arm. I was to confused to resist. She grabbed bthe pill bottle from off the cart and took out a small dark sphere. I recognized it from the video. She placed the little black dot on my vein and it's legs inserted itself into my skin.  I quickly pulled my arm away and tried to pull the bug off my skin, but the sharp pain simply worsened the more I struggled.
Before I knew it everything went black. I couldn't see what was happening around me. All I could hear was someone breathing. I wasn't sure who's though. It certainly wasn't mine. Well, then again I wasn't really sure if I was breathing in the first place. It wasn't a creepy kind of breathing though, more of a comforting kind. But then I felt it. The pain in my lungs. The sound of breathing turned more painful sounding. I then realized it was my breath. I felt a large amount of pain in my stomach, but it soon numbed.

My eyes were able to open again. Unfortunately I was simply more confused. There was a horrible stench of puke and I could taste blood in my mouth. I opened my eyes to see the murky pink liquid on the floor. I was laying across from it. I quickly backed up, only to realize I was already in a corner. It hurt to move. My stomach was numb, my eyes were clouded. My arm was burning. My throat was scratchy. But I was alive. Was the "trail" over? Was it some drug test? I was filled with questions. My clothes were also changed. I was wearing a black turtle neck and my hair had also darked it seemed. My hair was greasy from art the sweat. It made my clothes stick to my back.
I looked around. There were still nurses around with there carts. I looked across from me and saw a tall blonde boy standing against a wall. There was a nurse standing in front of him with the pill capsule. He looked at me in fear. "HEY! YOU! YOUR ALIVE?" he yelled looking me in the eyes. I was to confused at this point to respond. "You looked like you had just died! I saw the whole thing!" He continued to shout. He looked as if he was trying to fight of the nurse that was in front of him. Bit the skinny boy couldn't possibly be a match for her. She was buff and we'll built. She had neat straight hair and dark brown skin. Her dark eyes glared into his. "Help me man! I'm not going through that shit" he begged. But before I could answer him the nurse grabed his arm and slapped the bug onto his skin. He screamed out in pain, but he kinda just sounded like some bratty little kid who got a shot at the doctor's office.
(But my brain clicked the pieces together. If what happened to me happened to the guy in the video, then it's probably gonna happen to him, and god nows I don't wanna see that twice.)

I buried my head in my knees and curled up into a ball. I could hear the blonde kid's screams  and I forced myself to imagine something else. My brain slowly drifted of and I could feel myself blacking out again.
