Alex's POV
Wednesday
"Hey, Titi!" There's one of two questions I could ask my aunt. A) Can I go out with my friends for an hour and B) When's dinner going to be ready?
"When's dinner going to be ready?" I call out. If you really think my aunt would let me go out with my friends around dinner time when I call her Titi, then you are sadly mistaken.
Everyone knows that if anyone calls their aunt Titi or Tia, knows that the only social time they get is at school.
"Uh, in about 2 minutes." She answers. Great, I'm really hungry.
You would think my life would be more interesting, it's not.
"Titi?" I call out and she hums. "Do you ever feel bored-" "Smart people don't get bored." She cuts me off and I sigh. "No, not like that. Do you ever get bored of life and think 'What's next?' Like this can't be it. You don't have anything exciting happening and you get bored. Nothing surprises you anymore." I say and she nods.
"I kind of get what you're saying but you just need to remind yourself that God has a plan for you." She replies.
Yeah, God has a plan for me. I'm not even sure if I believe in him but I want to.
Well today goes on like any other day.
I go to my room and get ready to sleep.
As I lie down, I get the feeling like something big is going to happen. Something really big.
