In the ride home betts was just staring out the window the whole time, I could tell that there were tears streaming down her face which broke my heart to see her like this. I never want to see her hurt. I look over at her again and rest my hand on her thigh which makes her look at me with a sad smile. Ugh I wish that I could take all the pain away. We look at each other for a few seconds and I continue driving us home.
At home
Once we pull up in the drive way I walk around to betty's side to help her out when I open the door I see that she is crying again.
"Bubs why you crying" I ask
"I just feel like an idiot"
"Why's that"
"I don't know, I feel like it's my fault and now you have to take care of me and I feel bad, I'm sorry" she whispers and looks down at her lap.
" hey baby look at me, none of this is your fault you don't have to be sorry, it ginger's fault that she was too distracted and didn't catch you, which I wanna beat her up for but I can't, so don't you dare blame your self for this okay?" I say to her
" okay, thank you Juggie" she says appreciatively.
"You don't have to thank me that's what I'm here for bubs, now shall we go inside and take a nice bath?" I suggest She just nods as I wipe her tears
I pick her up and walk inside and I set her down on our bed and walk to the bathroom to start the bath. While the bath is filling up I see Betts on the bed on her phone. I jump on her carefully not to hit her foot and attack her with kisses all over her face. This makes her giggle which makes my heart smile.
"I love you so much"
I say as a pull away from attacking her looking her right in the eyes. She smiles wide at me and grabs me by my neck so that we are hugging
" I love you so much more than you know Juggie, and I know that you said not to thank you, but I feel the need to because you are so amazing and I don't know what I would do without you." she says to me which makes me smile wider at her. I lean down and we kiss passionately with a smile on both of our faces.
I look down at her and say
" I think our bath is done lemme go check."
I get up and it's ready, I walk back to Betts and I help her to the bathroom and set her down on the counter
"Can I?" I ask meaning if I can take off her clothes even though we have been together for 3 years I still want her to be comfortable and I don't want to force anything on her, she replies with a nod.
Once I'm done taking off her clothes I take of mine and I catch her staring and I grin
"Like what you" I ask
She blushes and says
"Yeah"
I rap my hands around her waist and hug her.
"Alright come on" I say as I pick her up setting her carefully in the bath with her leg on the side so it doesn't get wet.
I get in behind her and rap my arms around her as she leans back in my chest relaxing.
I kiss her shoulder and lean on the back of the tub. I rub her arms in a comforting manner to help her relax.
Once the water started to get a little cold I started washing her hair and she washed mine the best she could without getting her leg wet which made us laugh at her efforts.
Once we were done I got our first and lifter her out of the bath rapping her in a towel and setting her on the toilet. As I get a towel for my self and we dry off.
"What clothes do you wanna were?" I ask her
"Can you get me one of your shirts and a pair of my shorts please?" She adds
"Of course" I reply smiling cause I know how much she loves my clothes just as much as I love her In them. Once we get dressed I put her back in bed and cuddle her.
"I love you" I hear her whisper in a tired voice
"I love you too" I reply
And we fall asleep happily.
