DANGER | Jungkook x Reader

CHAPTER 3

You arrived at the hotel room with Taehyung following you behind . As you were about to enter you felt a presence behind you "Excuse Me?" You turned around at the voice and found a man in his 20s behind you . He was tall and wore a tuxedo with spectacles on, he was very handsome, any girl would fall for him instantly and the guys who will look at him would not stay straight for long. "Done staring at me miss? Now if you clear the way, I need to go inside." He waved his hand infront of your face which brought you back to earth.

"Ah detective Kim . Please come inside" One of the policeman addressed him. "Detective...?" The detective looked at you and then walked inside. "Y/N let's finish this quickly and go . I'm hungry" Taehyung pouted and you patted his cheeks . You observed the dead body carefully and took about two to three pictures and then recorded your report.

"Are we done?Let's go Y/N" He kept tugging at your arm.Just you were about to walk from the room , you overheard the conversation of the detective and the policeman."Wait!" Taehyung looked at you with an irritated face "What now?" he was getting impatient by the passing time. "You go and wait in the cafe, I'll be there in a couple of minutes okay?" He nodded and then left. You walked towards the two men who were busy discussing something "Uhh Detective Kim?" He looked at you and excused himself from the policeman."Did you find out , who the murderer might be?" He chuckled and took a step infront "If I would have already figured it out , do you think I would be standing like this?"

"Look, according to me I guess the murderer must have entered through that large window" You both glanced towards the window which now had  a big hole in it , through which a human could easily pass. "And also there was something written on the victim's forearm. 'I used to speak too much' as I see." You frowned at that " And also after checking the CCTV footage , we saw that there were 5 men who came from the door."

You nodded after understanding "So that's all I could gather for now." You smiled and thanked Detective Kim Seokjin and then left for the cafe.

"Taehyung, I had a conversation with that detective before coming here" He nodded at your words and was busy eating his burger. "And he-" The ringing of Taehyung's phone cut you off. As he looked at the caller ID he abruptly stood up and started talking to the person on the other line. His words were so quiet that even you could not hear , what he was saying. "Y/N I have to go somewhere. Will you be okay to go on your on?" 

"Yeah I will be fine." Before leaving he paid for your and his food, even if you protested to pay but his stubborn ass did not even pay attention to all your protests. 

It was already evening when you were leaving from your office to home. Taehyung was nowhere to be found, god knows what was so urgent that took him forever to return. So now you were walking to your house without a company. The sky was covered with dense and grey clouds , seems like a heavy shower is going to come. 

A few drops of rain fell on your face and you fastened your steps to reach the bus stop before rain drenches you as you were not carrying an umbrella. It seems like luck was not with you at that time because as you took about two to three steps , The rain already started to soak everything which came in it's way, including you.

You started running towards the bus stop but a black mercedes stopped next to you. You glanced st the car weirdly and just then the person inside the car rolled down his window. Your eyes widened , it was Jungkook inside the car.

"Get inside the car. I'll drop you" Looking at the rain it seemed like it was not going to stop anytime soon and you were already drenched . So without any protest you got inside the car.
