Akene fell back at his bed millions of thoughts flooded his head he thought about his work his homework and his sister and brother he didn't know what to do with his life he felt like he was sinking all the time he was always stressed, his sisters' words made him better but mere words can't cure his problems even from herSuddenly a message popped on his phone screen which inturn illuminated his bedroomThere were messy stacks of papers and books all over his floor, his desk looked like it wanted to give out from the many books that lied on top of it the walls were a deep shade of blue with the closet being half opened with clothes falling all over the ground. It felt judging to Akene like it was the physical presence of his failure.Akene held his phone to see what popped up before being blinded by its light, squinting his eyes he noticed there was a message from his brother, he sent him a cover of a new anime they should watch Shiawasena tochi he laughed to himself what a dumb name but I should judge it by its cover he opened the picture it seemed normal like any other anime cover when he noticed a character standing on the side it was the same girl he had seen the days earlier he rubbed his eyes but she was still there, NOW he was confused and perplexed at this he knew he probably imagined it but something about it now felt confusing , before he managed to almost forget her but the eariness of seeing her never left him seeing her again in a cover now he had time to catch his breath ,something about her face looked familier to him not in the way like he had seen her in the street it felt deeper it felt more intriguing she looked like your typical anime girl purple hair and a sailor uniform and those eyes they looked just as red as they had been when he saw her in the ally way but now it felt as if it was staring right at his soul he put the phone in the counter and sighed into his pillow "perhaps I had seen her in fanart or something" he tried to forget her again but this time it felt like his entire life was put on hold He couldn't sleep that night IN THE STREETAkene was walking to college looking like a zombie he kept waking up in a cold sweat that night always sensing someone behind him he isn't sure if he had imagined it but he could swear he heard muffled giggling from the corners of his room it was like that all night even after taking a shower he still felt dead.He sighed. In front of him was the college building he was surprised he was there already time had flown when he was thinking of that girl, he put his hand into his pocket and pulled up a piece of paper and checked his todo list for the day "well let's see today I have oh I have a Microeconomics class at around half an hour i should make my way there" he said while walking After Akene had finished 2 of his political classes he decided to take a break before heading to work. As he sat eating a sandwich from the cafeteria he remembered his father being so proud when he told him he wanted to major in politics his father was a fairly known politician so that made him proud his son wanted to be like him Akene looked at the floor and sighed he had finished the sandwich and was about to head to his security guard job before being bumping someone's shoulderhe was about to say sorry when he noticed who it was, it was the same girl from that ally way she wore a different school uniform she was walking around with some other girls.her eyes were green now she gave him the same smile she had in that ally way and the same she had on that cover.His blood was running cold he couldn't mutter a word and he was deadly pale was he the only one who was that scared of her was he losing his mind?"Oh I'm sorry I didn't notice you," she said and continued talking with her friends like nothing happened. After she had been far enough Akene pulled up his phone he wanted to make sure he wasn't imagining things he looked in the picture his brother sent him she wasn't there anymore he could swear she was there last night but for some reason she was still intriguing to him the simple thought of her now was odd it wasn't fear it was something else something he couldn't explain he wanted to run up to her and tell her to stop tormenting him but he couldn't not only would that be awkward he wasn't sure if he was imagining things maybe this was all coming from the stress he was under he didn't know... it was weird he decided to look the other way he took his bag and proceeded to go to work. Akene worked at a normal karaoke shop he worked as the night guard and would switch with another person at around 4 am every shift Akene pulled up his notebooks from his bag and put them in front of the monitors he started doing a project his professor had assigned him.occasionally he would look behind him and then looks at the cameras Akene heard a creak behind him he immediately looked behind him "nothing" he thought to return to his original posture and then looked at the monitors he fell back from his chair immediately on the monitor right at the stage was that girl he went to grab his flashlight and was going to go confront her "I have had enough of this!" he thought angrily while speed walking to the stage the karaoke shop was small and dark, darker than a black abyss of nothingness the only light that was present was the light from Akene's flashlight for some reason tho the stairs looked larger , the hallways felt longer and time went slower as he went to the stage.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!? would you st- " he froze the girl was right in front of him the flashlight illuminating her saturated green eyes for some reason, he was scared like a boy standing in front of the monster i the closet that was haunting him for years all that anger and confidence had evaporated completely as he stood there not daring to move a muscle the girls smile left her face as she ran towards him with a weapon it was long and it had cut his arm but that was enough of a shock to snap out of his trans he started running towards one of the exists seeing his stalker right in front of that exit with a crazed face, he tried grabbing his taser that was in his belt but couldn't find it"crap..its not here" he thought being more scared than ever in a panic he went to go to the employee only room seeing the girl almost attack him from the back Akene managed to dodge her attacks, they were fast but were easy to predict he dodged some of her attacks while trying to go for the room but got hit on multiple occasions splat blood dripped from his leg as she managed to land a good hit on himnext to him he managed to see the phone they made reservations under he tried grabbing it.STAB!!she landed a fatal blow...right square in the chest Akene fell on his knees he started coughing blood slowly he felt himself dying he was extremely dizzy and fell on the groundTHUD he fell on the floor seeing the room blacken around him he saw the girl walk away with her hands behind her back not even sparing him a glanceAkene remembered all the memories he had with his siblings, his parents, all the things he wanted to do and ended up not doing.His eyes now filled with tears and misery He took his final breath.
