George finally reached his dorm after taking a long winded walk through the campus. He listened to music while on his way there, slightly cringing when classics such as "Revenge" and "Sunflower Minecraft Parody" came on. He added them only as a joke a few months ago, he swears. His dorm room was empty, which was a rare sight these days, with his roommate skipping classes and all.
He set his bag down at his desk before laying down on his bed. George pulled out his phone phone and saw a notification from Instagram- im_allexx has sent you a follow request!
Quickly accepting the follow request (and following back) he opened his direct messages and sent a text.

Going to Alex's profile he saw a lot of pictures of his art and surprisingly little pictures of him. Alex was skilled, George won't lie and say that he wasn't. He scrolled through his profile to admire more of his artwork.

Soon enough George found himself scrolling through all of his posts, he wondered if Alex would sell him any of his artwork. Then again, he doesn't exactly have the money to buy a piece. One of his artworks in particular caught his interest. It was a painting of eyes, stacked on top of each other. It probably didn't have any deeper meaning, but it made him feel something. A strange sense of dread washed over him. He found it odd that a painting could make him feel that.

Alex was an interesting character to say the least. George had a feeling that they'd end up being good friends down the line. He hoped that his intuition was correct.
