Chapter two- AMBER!!!!!

* Alexis' pov *
I thought to myself I should tell Harry why I'm not wearing makeup and glasses
" Can I tell you at recess" I asked
" Sure " he said
After lunch it was time for recess
Amber walked with me outside
" Hey Amber " I said
" Yea " she said
" I have to speak with Harry ok"
" Are you two love birds together "
" No why I'm i doing this he does not even like me"
" Because he likes you "
" No "
" Yes"
Amber walked away
I walked up to Harry and his friends
I was really nervous that I started to shake
" Hello " I said
One of his friends asked " Are you two together "
" No just friends " Harry said
" Oh " one of his friend said
Friends? When? I'll got with it though
" I'll be back " he said to his friends
We both walked together to a bench and sat down
" Ok ummm " I said
" Why are you not wearing makeup and contacts " Harry asked
" Oh that umm so I promised Amber that I will not wear them because for what she told me "

Amber came by
" So Alexis did you ask Harry " Amber said
I drew a blank
" Ask Harry what " I said silently so Harry could not hear
" The dance you silly " she said loud and clear
I felt embarrassed but then I heard foots steps running away from me and Amber
I turned around it was Harry running away to his friends
The bell rang it means recess is over
Tears slipped down my face while me and Amber were walking
" What's wrong did he say no " Amber asked
I did not answer her I just ran away from her tears streaming down my face
" ALEXIS WAIT " she yelled
I kept on running and I reached the door to get inside
And headed for my locker and quickly went to class
After school before I got out of the door to go on the bus Amber stopped me
" What did I do " she asked
" HARRY WILL NEVER ASKED ME OUT FOR WHAT YOU DID " I yelled and cried
" What did I do "
" ARE YOU THAT DUMB YOU ASKED ME IF I ASKED HARRY TO THE DANCE LOUD AND CLEAR SO HE CAN HEAR IT AND YOU SCARED HIM AWAY AND ALSO I DID NOT EVEN TELL HIM YET " I yelled at her and cried a river
" I'm so sorry "
" No just forget it I'll never go to the dance at least you have a date "
I turned around and headed for the bus but it was gone
" Great now I missed the bus "
" Sorry for all of this I'll walk you home "
" NO LEAVE ME ALONE " I yelled
I cried and left her
I grabbed my phone and called my dad
" Hello " my dad answered
" Dad I'm late for the bus home can you pick me up " I said crying
" What's the matter "
" Just please pick me up "
" Ok I'll be there in a bit "
" Ok thanks bye "
I hung up
I went to the office and sat in the waiting room waiting for my dad
Minuets later my dad pulled up
I ran out to his car then I saw Ambers mom pulled up
She rolled down her window
" Hello " she said
" Hi " my dad said back
" Amber is still sleeping over Saturday " she asked
" Alexis is that ok " my dad said
" NO " I yelled
" It's a no sorry " my dad said
" Thats fine " she said
" Well I'd better go " my dad said
" Bye " she said
" Bye " my dad said
He rolled up the window
And drove home
When we got home I ran upstairs and started to do my homework
Couple minuets later I heard
" ALEXIS DINNER " my dad yelled
I ran down stairs I was my favorite noddles and tomato sauce on top
I sat down and started to eat so did my dad
I was silent until
" How much homework do you have " my dad said
" Not much " I said
" How was school "
I shrugged and did not reply trying not to cry
" How's Amber "
I did not answer really trying to hold back my tears
" How is Harry doing " ( my dad is friends with his parents )
Then the tears came out and rolled down my face
" Is there something wrong with Harry "
I still did not say anything instead I put my fork down and left letting the tears fall
I ran upstairs and closed my door and ran to my bed and laid down crying in my pillow
