Hannah's in her surgery. Xavier and I are waiting for her to wake up.

"Hannah! You have new lungs. Atleast wake up to see them and breathe!" I said

Xavi looked at me like I was crazy but then I felt her hand twitch.

"Han? Love?" I said slowly

"Hmm *grunts*" Hannah said groaning

"Are you okay Love?" I asked

"Yea!" Hannah said after a minute.

Xavier was looking shocked but suddenly came to Huh Hannah!

"Xavi... Need... Breathe.." hannah suddenly said through their hug

"Sorry sis!" He said and left to call their mum, dad and Ashley.

"Im glad your okay" I said smiling at her

"I am glad too!" She replied

I leaned in and kissed her softly.

"Not what I want to see when my sister wakes up" we heard someone say and jumped apart.

It was none other than Ashley.

"Hey Kingston. Hiiiiii Hannahhh!!!" Ashley said and hugged her sister tightly but Hannah could breathe.

"Darling" The parents said

"Mom. Pops" Hannah said

They all hugged

"We are glad you are awake." Her mom said

"So am I" Hannah said

The whole day we spent together. We let her rest but I never left her room... I didn't want to miss anything or not be there if she needed anything....

In other words.... I was afraid... Afraid to lose someone that means the world to me.

"Hey " Hannah said

"Huh. Oh hi!" I said

"Whachu thinkin bout?" She asked

"You" I replied

Cheesy! Yes. Well Yolo. Am i right?

"Okay. Aussie!! I'm so glad you are here with me. I love you so much" Hannah said

"I love you too babygirl" I said making her smile

"Well... Can you get me---" she started but fell back into her bed without a word.

Wtf? I instantly pressed the button to call nurses and docs. Her heart rate line had become... Still.

No she can't!! She just can't!! I can't lose her.

"Sir. You have to leave the room" someone said

I walked out crying..

Is she really...dead?
