We Made Wrong Choices

Chapter 17

"So what do you want to have for dinner?" Jasmine asks. I shake my head erasing my thoughts.

"I'm not so sure... maybe spaghetti." I say as I move over for her to sit down on the no-so-huge couch. She stares at me than turns to look at the blank wall. Were going to put a large TV on that spot soon.

"Home sick already?" She asks. I look at her like she just asked me what's 1+1.

"No! What the Heck?" I say.

"What you just looked sad.." She says.

I get up and grin.

"Spaghetti it is." I say and turn around heading off to our small but cute kitchen.

That night we ate, and talked about jobs. At least one of us needed one to pay for our apartment. Her mom and dad as well as mine are both paying too, but we wanted to put in some money too. Well we needed jobs anyway.

I stayed up all night in bed, looking for some jobs. I wanted an easy one, like a fast food restaurant. I was looking trough some close ones, that took maybe 5 or 10 minutes to get to. So far everyone was at least 25-30 minutes away.

As I was scrolling I saw Burger King, and it was just a couple of blocks away.

"Yes!" I whisper-yelled to my self. And it wasn't far away! Im going to have to apply tomorrow. Alright then. I saved the page, shut my laptop,  and closed my eyes, as I travelled to Dream World.

Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep

I groan as I roll over to my right side.  Ugghhhh! I get up and smack my alarm, but it doesn't stop.
BEEPP

I smack it one more time when it finally stops. I pull the plug out and throw the alarm into my pile of dirty clothes.
Waiiiittttt.....

I run over to the clothes, and dig out the alarm. I run over to an outlet and plug it in.
11:14!
What?!

I quickly run over to Jasmines door, and burst trough it yelling.

"Wake up oh my gosh we have to go to school its 11:14!!!" I yell. The bed is made and Jasmine is nowhere to be seen.

"Jasmine...Where are you!?" I yell again.

I walk through the small hallway where our bedrooms are,  and the bathroom. I turn in the kitchen to see her smiling in her pyjamas eating cereal.

"What are you doing?!" I look at her. She looks like she's having the time of her life...
Wait...

"Ohhh..." I say as I run my hand down my face. Jasmine is on the floor laughing her head off.

"Oh my gosh- Hahaha- you should've- hahaha- seen your face! Hahaha!" She's literally rolling on the ground, clutching her stomach.

"It's not funny! I forgot it was the weekend! I would never miss school!" I say, crossing my arms.

"Wooo!" She says as she wipes fake tears under her eye. I shake my head and grab a bowl and milk. I go over to the table and pour me some cereal.

"So I found a job." I say as I pour milk in my bowl.

"Really? Is it a 'calendar maker'? Hahaha!" She says.

"Stop no! At Burger King! Its at Burger King, okay?!" I say throwing my hands into thr air. She chuckled.

"Well good for you then."

"I didn't actually apply I just.. found it. And it's just a couple blocks away." I say as I grab a spoon-full.

"Well then lets go!" She says.

"Wait I'm still eating!" I yell.

Well, well... did you like this chap? (I hope so) its just a filler. But its going to get exciting!  Can you guess who will visit us SOON? I don't knowww... ;) Leave it do da comments!!! On my story it said that I had 1.17k reads but then the next day it said that I have about 850 and its not changing for a couple of days now.
And also! I will be posting new chapters every week! (About Sunday Saturday or monday!) So yes be prepared for another chap this weekend or next monday!
