Chapter 3

As I get into the classroom, I notice that Hunter is looking at me.

OMG. He's looking at me. Ok, act cool.

Just as I walk, I look back at him, and he is still staring at me. I notice there's somebody sitting in a seat, but I am too busy looking at him. Now I know who it is. Ella.

She sticks her foot out and, yes I try to stop myself, but its too late. As I trip over her foot, time sops. I look at Brad and he's looking at me. I blush while falling... is that even possible? Time begins again and I put my hands in front of my self to stop myself from hitting the ground hard, but I still do. As I slam to the ground, she looks at me and makes her puppy dog eyes.

“Ops, Is somebody hurt?“ She says in her the talking-to-a-little-kid voice. Those puppy dog eyes I just want to punch so bad.

                                             So, I do.

I punch her in the nose and she stares at me, but not just a stare. The death stare. I smile, make puppy dog eyes and say: “Ops, Is somebody hurt?“      BURN.

She makes her mouth like 'O' shaped, like she's telling me Did, you really just do this? Well, you're going to regret it. And, no, I wont. She touches her nose to see if there is any blood and trust me, there is. She pulls her hand back to look at her fingertips. She's surprised at what she saw, but Im not, because that punch was really hard. In the corners of my eyes I see a shadow approaching us. Oh, no. He kneels down. He? Well who ever it is he's wearing sneakers, and he touches my back with his HUGE hand, buts its so warm! I don't look up. “Are you ok?“ A soft but deep voice asks. OH, MY. Now I know who he is. I look up. I see his beautiful face. “Yeah...“ He helps me get up. As I try to walk I groan and almost fall on my face. But he holds me still. Ella's is still looking at me, and she looks at me with hatred. She's  jealous.

“I think we should take you to the nurses room.“ He says.

                                                                * * *

“Sooooo,“ He breaks the silence that has been going on for a long time. “You had a lot of guts to punch her in the face.“ We are in the nurses room and Im sitting on the nurses table. My leg is wrapped and it kind of hurts. Hunter is leaning on the door frame and looking out the big window. You can see all his facials. His beautiful facials. The bridge of his nose stands out, his eyes are like bright green grass colour and they are the best thing about his whole face. His cheekbones are so big, they stand out really well. But his hair. Oh, my, his hair I could just die for. Dirty blonde. Just like mine. His body is so masculine and all his muscles stand out. I bet he has a 6 pack, better, an 8 pack! Hehe.

By now I realize he said something. “Yeah...“ Really Arie? Yeah? Great answer. His eyes meet mine. Im not the girl that blushes, but right now my cheeks are bright red, I bet their really hot. Not that hot, but warm, really warm.

The nurse enters the room. Great. “Now, Arianne, there's nothing serious about your foot, but just a sprain ankle. You wont be able to be here for the rest of the day so I prefer that you call somebody at home to give you a ride.“ She tells me while she's looking at her papers in her hands.

“There is nobody at home right now, they wont be able to.“ I say while looking at my ankle. “Ill do it! I can give her a ride home. If that's okay with you, Arie.“ He looks at me. My jaw is touching the ground right now. 1st- Brad knows my name, and 2nd- just a day ago he didn't know I existed, or that I went to this school. Why is he offering me a ride? Why me? I don't get it.

“Uhh........ohhh...mmm..yea...yeah....I guess so.“ Way to go. Arie. Great answer, again. The nurse exits leaving the room. I get my crouches and slide of the nursing table. I grunt as I step on the ground. “Need some help there?“ He asks me. “No, but thanks a lot.“ He opens the door for me like a gentleman and lets me go trough first. I smile as he similes back, than yes, I do blush again. “I just need to go get my stuff.“ I say looking at the tile ground. He smiles. “Ok, ill be waiting for you at the parking lot.“ Than he brings his hand up brushing it trough his hair, than putting them back into his front pockets. Ahhhhhh!!!!

“Okay.“ I smile at the ground.

I get my stuff and pack it into my bag and start walking to the parking lot where he said he will be waiting for me. As I open the door, I see him looking into the distance. As he sees me, he smiles and I smile back at him blushing again. He opens the car door and I get in. When I take my seat I notice how the car is really clean. Then I take a huge whiff an breathe in the fresh air. His car smells so good.

One question........... Can you eat air?

He gets in. “Buckle up!“ I smile at him and nod. When we both are buckled he starts the car.

“So, where to?" I look at him confused. Oh, he means where I live! Dummy. “Ohhhh, you mean-" He interrupts. "Yeah." He smiles and I blush, because of embarrassment. He starts the car.

The whole trip back was quiet and nobody is talking. I was just looking out the window the whole time. I feel awkward.

When we reach my house I try to get out, but then stop.

“Thanks so much, I really appreciate it." I look at him and our eyes meet.

"Oh, no problem. Any time." He smiles at me and I blush.

Damn it Arie, you never blush! What the heck is he doing to you?

I smile back at him and shut the door. I get into the house. I had keys. I go upstairs and open the door to my room. Ah, its clean. My mom probably cleaned it.

Thanks MOM.

I go to my bed and I lay down, thinking about the whole day.

                                             What just happened?
