Super powers/Quirk: "Stormy Lullaby". everytime he sings or hums a song, a storm erupts. The quiter and gentler the singing the lighter the storm, the stronger and the louder the singing, the storm grows stronger.

Personality: Raiun is a very rash and reckless person, he doesn't like waiting and goes straight into action. He doesn't like getting ordered around and being underestimated.
Likes: rock music, playing his guitar, messing around with people, picking fights, and energy drinks.
Dislikes: Quiet places, cops, heroes, people who underestimate him, tea.
Others: Rai was orphaned at the age of 9 and has been in and out of foster homes ever since. He discovered his super powers after trying to sing in an alley once and soon used it to mess around with people.
