Personality: Atlas is your typical superhero boy scout. He likes helping people and is always by the book. He usually prefers going solo but does not mind company from other heroes. Anger him however, and his personality goes upside down.
Weapon: His weapon is a red gauntlet that he uses to fire projectiles and create a crossbow out of psionic energy. His gauntlet also allows him to control his powers better so that it doesn't go out of control.
Powers: He can create weapons/objects out of psionic energy ((Similar to A lantern, but without the ring)).
Likes: Getting things done quickly, Dogs, his jobs
Dislikes: Whenever he needs to break his moral code, Criminals who use the innocent against him ((especially children)), cats ((He's allergic to them)).

Others: Atlas is a natural born Esper, with the ability to manipulate Psionic energy. He got orphaned at a very young age and an agency took him in. He trained under this agency until he was finally ready to start a life of his own. He used his skills and powers to become a superhero and help people.
