I assumed that our interview would be telecasted, but it appeared that it wasn't. I didn't see any cameras anywhere, so I figured. But you can never be too careful, so I kept my opinions to myself. I'm trying to get the capitol to like me as much as they used to, but I'm assuming that they probably won't, now that their children are going in, like we did. They wonder why the districts hated them.

After the interview, it was already nightfall. Peeta and I went to sleep, because we would have to wake up early for tomorrow, the last day the children can train and work. I told the HGC I would help them train them, I honestly feel terrible.

--------The Next Day--------

"C'mon Briar! You can hit it!" I yelled at a 14 year old boy. He had little training except in throwing, so I decided he would need to learn bow and arrow skills. We've been here for five hours, and we had a 45 minute lunch break. I have successfully taught 8 out of 24 children how to use a bow and arrow. (Simply, of course.)

An hour later, we were sitting in a circle and giving advice to all of them, like making allies, eating, but not very important skills, like where to hide or who to kill first.

There was particularly one girl who was astonishing smart, beautiful, and talented. I would not be shocked at all if she was the victor, but she is very close friends with Felicity Snow I saw, they were staying close together and hugging.

Finally, they all left to eat and prepare for tomorrow. I couldn't believe how many children had cried in the past hour, knowing their fate. I thought I knew mine too, but here I am.

I overheard the gamemaker say that this year was going to be a desert. I am not sure, but I hope it's not too harsh.

"Hey Katniss, I wonder if this will be the 76th Hunger Games, or if they will call it the 1st, simply because of the Capitol children being in it." Peeta said.

"I hope they keep the tradition of the 76th, because it will take much shorter to get to the 100th and the next quarter quell." I replied.

"Maybe, but maybe not. I just am hoping it's not so grotesque this year, I'm not good with blood."

"I know." I chuckled, remembering the first Hunger Games we were together.

I was climbing into the bed when I heard Peeta say, "I love you."

"I love you, too." Then suddenly our lips collided and it felt like our first kiss all over again. He reached under my shirt and slipped it off. Suddenlt passion took over.
