He continued staring at me, but he wasn't alone.

He was sitting with a big group of teenagers.

But his eyes were the only eyes fixed on me.

I quickly pulled lani out of menchies.

"Lani, I'm scared bro".

"Nigga are you slow? That's  fucking Leo from my dream, the weird one".

She thought for a second.

"Oh shit". Her eyes widened.

I shook my head.

"We can't go back in there". I said.

"Uhh uh, no bitch face your fears because, I'm getting.. some frozen yogurt tonight". She said to me walking back in.

"No lani, ughhhh". I said frustrated.

I quickly walked back in right after her.

I looked back to where Leo was sitting.

He was.. gone.

I looked around seeing lani already picking out her flavor.

I walked over to her.

"You still scared?" She said teasing poking out her bottem lip playfully.

"Shut up". I laughed, but then went back to serious.

"Lani".

"Hmm?" She responded.

"Did you see him leave, anywhere?"

"Damn bitch, you like him?" She asked looking at me.

She can never be serious.

"No seriously, did you see him leave?" I asked again.

"No dude". She replied.

I looked around again. And immediately froze, while my heart stopped for a second.

"You saw him when we first came in.. right?" I asked while squinting my eyes at her.

She laughed hard.

I stood a little taken back.

"Oh, so now he a ghost bitch?" She asked laughing harder.

I laughed as well.

I can never be serious with her.

"Lani, deadass". I said getting serious again.

"Naw bitch, I saw the ancient ghost of Leo". She replied.

"Lani, forreal". I said laughing some more.

"No I didn't see him".

I felt all of the color in my face flush away.

Lani started laughing harder than before, stomping her foot.
