I woke up earlier than usual. Today was the day that Zabuza would attack us again. I would try to stay out of the battle until it was time to save Zabuza. After all, Sasuke needs to get his sharingan.
"Alright, we're not going to wake up Naruto yet. He'll stay to protect Tsunami and her son. The rest of us are going to head to the bridge." Said Kakashi at breakfast.
"I'll stay here, at least until he wakes up. He can't protect anyone while he's asleep." I said and Kakashi nodded. They left not too long after. I looked over to Inari and he pouted and looked away, "Do you want to play a game?"
"No."
"Why not? Are you afraid you'll lose?" I said to him and made him look offended. I smirked, he was falling into my trap. "After all, I'm just a ninja who's going to die, what's the harm of paying a couple rounds of cards with me?""Fine. I'll play the stupid card game." He snapped and sat down across from me. Tsunami did too.
"So this is Daifugo, but I learned it when it was called Presidents and Peons. So, the dealer deals all the cards out first. Then to the left goes first. You..." I went on explaining the rules. Inari was surprisingly good at it. We played a couple of rounds and at the end, I was President, Inari Middleman, and Tsunami Low Peon. Inari was a lot happier too.
I felt some people right outside of the house. They probably were here to attack Tsunami and Inari. "Ok. Stay behind me. They're going to attack." They stuttered out their oks when th door busted open.
"Aww. Just a little girl who can't keep her hair out of her eyes." Scoffed one of them before running forward to attack. He didn't have anything on Tsunade. I quickly defeated him and the other guy.
"Let's go wake up Naruto."
