The dogs try to cheer heartbroken Cooper up; the kids work to reunite him with his owner.

Cooper's POV

It had now been 2 weeks since Elijah and I were accidentally separated.

Everybody was being so sweet to me, but I wanted to go home.

One day, I was lying in the living room in Tucker's dog bed.

Tucker didn't mind, since he always slept with his owner.

Logan and Henry walked out.

Logan went to fill my temporary food bowl while Henry took Tucker for his morning walk.

Nobody else was awake yet.

After Logan brought my breakfast over and set it down, I turned away from it.

Logan bent down in front of me.

"Come on, Cooper. Eating will make you feel better."

I just sighed and remained curled up.

Logan rubbed my head comfortingly and then went to make breakfast.

Logan's POV

Cooper hadn't eaten in days, but the kid still refused to that morning.

I was getting really worried about him.

I knew he was heartbroken and wanted to go home.

A few minutes later, everybody else woke up.

Dakota and Allie went into the garage to wake up the puppies.

They were now 5 weeks old.

Allie still hadn't weaned them yet and fed them while she was in the garage.

After breakfast, I tried getting Cooper to play, but it didn't work.

The kid didn't wanna do ANYTHING.

After numerous failed attempts to cheer Cooper up, Henry got an idea.

"Why don't we take the kid to the dog park? That might cheer him up."

"Great idea, kid."

When we got to the dog park, we let all the dogs run around and play while we sat on the bench talking.

Dog POV

T- Bailey, can you watch the puppies again?

B- Sure, buddy.

(He runs over to the puppies. Simba runs over to play with Cooper.)

C(lays down and sighs)

S- Come on, Coop! Let's play!

(The 5 week old puppy gently grabs Cooper's tail and shakes it.)

C- Simba, stop. I'm not in the mood.

(He pulls his tail free. Simba yips and wags his tail.)

S- Come on, Cooper!

(Cooper just sighs. Allie and Tucker walk over to check on him.)

T- You okay, kid?

C- Yeah. But your puppy won't leave me alone.

A- Kid, he's just a puppy. He doesn't know any better.

T- Anyway, Cooper, don't you wanna play?

S- Yeah. C'mon, kid!

C- Simba, I'm not in the mood.
