Carrot-Top, as Haruko calls him, is a jealous, somewhat bratty guy who fights Illfang the Kobold Lord alongside Haruko, Diabel, and Kirito. He later goes on to found the Army, whose members are divided between those devoted to passing and those who just use their power to torment the innocent. Nice guy, isn't he?
