"(Y/NNNNNNN) WHERE ARE YOUUUUU"

I giggled quietly as I heard my best friend Jaden Yuki call my name.

Me and Jaden had convinced Syrus, Jesse, And somehow Chazz to play hide and seek after class had ended and I had found the perfect hiding spot. I had discovered it when I was exploring around academy island yesterday while everyone else was either studying or dueling
(Cuz lets face it, Jaden-man doesn't study.)

Jaden was the seeker for this round and he had found everyone, except for yours truly, and I wanted to keep it that way. I would almost NEVER beat him at anything so I wanted to last just a bit longer.

I was hiding in a medium sized bush that was next to the entrance of the school. The inside was hollowed out and the space was big enough for my skinny frame to fit into with enough room for at least one other person. (Don't ask why the busy was hollow because even I don't know) I

I adjusted my slifer red jacket and got comfortable, slightly parting the branches of the bush so that I could see if anyone walks by.

I look out of my little peep hole after a while, and just as I do, I see a pair of red and black shoes standing right next to the bush that I'm hiding in.

I grin widely as the owner of the shoes start to walk away.

'Haha take that Jaden, you may be the master of dueling, but IM the master of hide and seek.'

"Man, (Y/N) must be a pretty good hider if the future king of games can't even find her" I heard Jesse say teasingly to Jaden as he responded with "Well I found you didn't I? So I can't be that bad!" He chuckles lightly afterwards

I laughed out loud at that, then quickly slapped a hand over my mouth, praying to Jesses Rainbow Dragon and everything sweet that no one heard me.

"Hey guys did you hear that?" Jaden asked.

God freaking Dang it, my cover has been blown

"Huh? I didn't hear anything." I heard Syrus say to, who I guessed, was Jaden.

"I know what I heard Sy, you guys go check over there, I'll catch up will you in a minute." Jaden called as I heard the sound of many feet running away.

I breathed out a sigh of relief and pulled my legs up to my chest and placing my head onto my knees.

A few minutes pass by and I start to get bored from all of this waiting, so I break a twig off of the bush and start to doodle in the dirt by creating groves with the stick in the soil.

At first I just made swirls, triangle patterns and little animals, but then I decided that I was going to try and draw Jaden.

Now, I'm not gonna lie, I've had a massive crush on Jaden ever since I first met him. He's so brave and adorable but he's too dense to ever admit that too him without having to explain what a 'crush' is to him.

A small tear slides down my cheek at that fact that I'm too much of a coward to tell him that I like him, and that there is no way that he will confess first.

I shoo those thoughts away as I quickly swipe my hand through the dust to erase all of my other drawings and I quickly get to work.

First I sketch the shape of his face, then carefully scratched out the shape of his poofy brown hair. I put a big ol' famous Jaden Yuki grin on his face and smile softy at the sweet memories that were flooding through my head.

I left the best part about him for the end. His eyes. I absolutely LOVE his chocolate brown eyes and how they are always filled to the brim with purity and innocence.
