Esmeralda was a 15 year old girl with a brilliant mind.She memorized the elements at 6 months old:Earth,Wind,Fire,and Water. As she grew older, she invented 5 things that are now widely used in her town of Kalikon. At age 12, she graduated college (as she skipped her young and junior years) and became a teacher for advanced science and mathematics.As the colored death began to creep into Kalikon, Esmeralda quit her job to fully research the plauge, but it’s history was so clouded, she died of the disease herself before she even found the source.
Christopher was like any 13 year old boy.
He loved to spend his days pickpocketing,sneaking, and spying.His dream was to become a spy for the English army. Chris’s greatest accomplishment in his mind was when he managed to steal 200 carloos(their form of money) from the mayor of Kalikon. On one fateful day, he was spying on a neighbor. Little did he know that Ms.Calburry had the Colored Death. Chris caught the fever and his last words were, “Whatever happened to those carloos?”
When Marina came around, everyone swarmed around her. Who could resist the sweet face of the seven year old girl who could comfort even the babies who would never do anything but bawl?She had the strange talent to know what someone was feeling. If someone was dishonest, Marina would know. If her father was anxious, Marina would be there to comfort him before even asking what was wrong. When the colored death took of the girl, she tore apart Kalikon with grief, sadness, and the fact that her face would not be there to light the way.
Amos was the boy that could create everything with anything. Need a table? Go to Amos. Broken chair? Amos will fix it. So it surprised no one when he got the colored death when he was fixing a contaminated desk.Soon after his death,people with broken items were stuck with their broken items.
