Have you ever kept a secret?

Was it against someone?

Was it to save someone?

Was it to protect the Earth from your inner powers that you've locked away and only used when you are saving the world?

Yeah, you could probably guess my secret. Heard of Volleyball? Not the sport, the hero. That's me, Pink Pearl or should I say Penelope Pink Pearl age 15. The day this event took place was in school. It was a Friday. I was walking down the hall keeping my head low as I made it to a room, Math Class.

The teacher was unorganized. She looked around her desk for a pen. When she found it, the lesson began.

Pink Pearl's eyes shifted to out the window. It was a normal sunny day. She put her fidgety hand into her pocket to feel something... her mask. She swore upon her lifetime she had left it at home. She started to sweat. What if someone saw it? pink pearl thought repeatedly.

The person next to her, Spinel grabbed it from her pocket. "What's this, Doll?" She asked unfolding it and quickly blushing deeply and handing it back folded. "You're Volleyball?" Spinel whispered excitedly.

Pink Pearl nodded. Her face dropped into a emotionless frown.

"I'm Spinny, I'm like spiderman, but much cooler!" Spinel whispered.

"Oh." Pink Pearl recalled a memory where they had teamed up. "Weird that we would sit together in Math class." Pink pearl said.

"Well I didn't know you had powers until now, even if everyone has powers." Spinel sighed. "I thought you were a zero."

"I am one hundred," Pink Pearl mumbled quietly.

"Cool!" Spinel whispered.

The teacher looked at the two. They were silenced. The teachers power was to silence people even if it lasted thirty seconds.

At the end of class, it being the last class of the day. Pink pearl turned on her watch volume and grabbed her stuff from her locker. When her watch went off, she sighed. She walked out of the school and got into her mom's car. She checked what it was. It was only a notification for something.

She checked her phone. A normal email... odd. She leaned back and and stretched. As she watched the car drive by things until they got to another school where they picked up her three younger siblings.

Pearl was on her phone talking to probably a friend. Yellow was being a angered idiot about something extraordinarily stupid. Blue was drawing as per usual.

Yellow used Blue's first name, Blair, to say something annoying.

Blue replied with, "Yuki, if I talked much as you did I'd have to talk to my dentist about mouth problems from dropping so much shit out of my mouth."

"What did mom say about swearing, Blair?" Pink asked.

"Come on, Pink, you know its true!" Blue said.

Pink pearl rolled her eyes and stared out the window. She was day dreaming.

Pearl elbowed her lightly. She mumbled something about her mask.

Pink pearl looked at her mask. She took it out and started to get a bit of trouble within her. Something wanted her to put it on, suit up and jump on the front of the car. She did that. A incoming car started to speed at their car. She dived off and stopped it. Her feet sliding across the ground. She made eye contact with the driver. He was drunk and underaged clearly. She glanced down the road. Spinny. spinny was saving people.

Spinny landed next to Pink Pearl. She laughed. "Long time no see in costume at least." Spinny giggled.

"The mascara stains compliment your real self." Volleyball said.

"Hes going to get out," Spinny said hopping away.

The man got out. He grabbed volleyball by the throat. Her eyes looked at him as he removed her mask. She felt herself kick and try to move his hand. He was so strong.

The man pinned her to the car and grips at her suit. "Give me one reason not to rip this!" He yelled.

"Legal reasons... its insured," pink pearl said.

"Its wha--?" He was kicked in the face by spinny. "Heya, names spinel," Spinny said.

The guy was grabbed by a cop and put into handcuffs.

Pearl ran out and hugged pink pearl and spinel.

Spinel and Pink Pearl exchanged glances.

"I am so glad your okay!" Pearl said.

Spinel laughed. "We're more than okay," she said.

Pink pearl nodded and got back into the car.
