He threw the cord at ale

He then put on some songs
Mattia: ok limo driver you can start driving now!!
The limo driver started to drive
There was so much traffic, well of course it's New Jersey what should I expect?
Anyways, we were all vibing me and ale kind of have the same music taste I was surprised
I had saw there was a sun roof I got up and opened it and then I had saw that me and Aliz could slide through it together. We both threw our hands up. All the cool air had hit my arms and face.

We have finally arrived
There were so many people there it was like it was a red carpet!
All the couples got out first then it was time for mattia and me to get out. I was nervous.

We all start going to the dance floor
DJ: hey y'all we gotta pause for a real second! It's time to announce PROM QUEEN AND KING!!!!
Everybody whooed
DJ: Ok y'all let's get to announcing!!!
My heart started pacing out of no where. I don't know why. Did I really think I had a chance of winning this? Nobody besides my small friend group would really talk to me.
DJ: So your prom queen for the year isssss......
Here comes the moment every time he spoke a word my heart would beat faster and I would glance at mattia smirking.
DJ: Y/NNNN CONGRATULATIONS YOU WON PROM QUEEN!!!!

I instantly turned red. I didn't know people actually wanted me as prom queen? Everybody cheered for me. All the girls and Aliz gave me a hug and congratulated me. I then got a peck on the lips and a hug from mattia. I also got a hug from all the boys. I walked up the stage.
They had placed a crown on my head and gave me a bouquet of flowers.
I was smiling so big mattia smiled back at me.
DJ: Now that we have our beautiful queen announced! Let's get to PROM KING!!!
Everybody has whooing again. I had seen that all the jocks were looking at me hoping they would get to be prom king.
DJ: AND YOUR PROM KING ISSS.....
I instantly looked at mattia. Mattia was already looking at me with hope in his eyes.
DJ: MATTA POLIBIO!!!! MY BOY GET UP HERE
all the boys went up to mattia and gave him a group hug and mattia quickly made it to the stage without hesitation not believing that he had just been announced for prom king.
We then go up to each other and hug each other.
Then they had placed a crown on him. I was just looking at him smiling to myself. He's so cute. My head then started pacing with thoughts. Until my thoughts had gotten interrupted
DJ: NOW THAT WE HAVE THIS AMAZING BEAUTIFUL COUPLE ANNOUNCED!!!! LETS DO THE ANNUAL KING AND QUEEN SLOW DANCE!!!!
Everybody was hyping me and mattia up
They put on a slow song as me and mattia met up mid stage locking our arms with each other's.
We then go to the middle where everybody had made space for me and mattia only.
I then put my arms around mattias neck and mattia places his hands on my waist. We then started moving back and forth as my hips were slowly going to the rhythm.
Mattia then had whispered in my ear

After 3 short minutes
DJ: Now everyone may join back in have wonderful night New Jersey!
Everybody clapped then the crowd started getting crowded again
All the boys went up to us
Ale: my home boy won!!!
He was smiling
