Aurora's pov

"yeah I called, sent series of messages but she ignored them all. that is just too great I can't continue anymore. she wants me to give her space and so be it" I said as I arranged my stuff while talking to Pete. it has been two weeks since I talked to blake, well I mean since he left for his rehab. the moment I try to talk to her she just walks off or ignores my endless messages and my now only god knows what up with her these few weeks ago.

"Okay then" I heaved a long sigh

"what?" I asked as  jumped on the bed

"so have had your supper like I am presently starving just had few packs of frittles" I heard him say from the other side of the phone

"hmm I warmed up some cold pizza and a full now," I said rubbing my stomach

food is bad

"Okay goodnight sweetheart, heart you," he said blowing me a kiss

"Goodnight, love," I said before hanging up. I slept off with a smile on my face

~~~~
"bye mom, dad," I said picking up my keys then off to school as they managed to say something I didn't get but I didn't care
you might be wondering the reason behind my parents' cold attitude towards well it all started two years ago
~flashback 2 years ago~
I was in the middle of our annual basketball game Amalia my sister's phone call came in but I didn't know I was in the middle of a game I didn't have my phone with me as my parents expected. when we were given half time break I saw her missed calls I couldn't pick it at the moment
"Hey Amelia, I am gonna talk to you later," I said before joining the game
little did I know she was in distress. Amalia is I mean was an asthmatic patient and had the severe one though she had chances of living longer if she took precaution. but I wasn't there when she needed me
after the match, I had then quick shower then walked home. I was going through my phone then my mom's call came in
"hey mom, the match was great and we won on an 88-46 and i ..." I stated
"oh Aurora that is great but right now you have to come to meet us at Mr. Crage specialist hospital immediately, Amalia is in the ICU" she with her voice all shaky
"what?" I screamed as I threw my phone away
"calm down................." I heard her voice from the phone say as I ran my way to the hospital.
